  This has been the most frustrating contractor to work with and I have literally worked with probably close to a hundred contractors through work. First off I chose Austin Welding and Construction because of the 5 star reviews. However, I now see that he gets the 1 star reviews removed somehow because during this frustrating process I have seen a couple new reviews mention similar frustrations but are now not showing. At the first Brandon was very responsive up until he received the deposit of $17,000. The project was only going to take a week to complete and now we are almost 2 months in and they have barely even started. If I am lucky enough to get him to respond to a text or answer a phone call there is always an excuse and then he promises it will be done “worst case scenario” by that Friday. Those Fridays keep coming and going and it will be weeks before he even shows up again. I live out of state and let him know what day I’d be coming into town to inspect the building. He agreed and assured me it would be done. When I got there very little work had been done and he ignored my calls when I was there. I’ve had to continue pushing off other contracts that were scheduled to come after the building to do other work because they can’t start until he finishes. There is a 0% change I would recommend Austin Welding and Construction to anyone. If the building ever gets finished I’ll be sure to comment on the quality of their work as well but at this point there is not enough to judge by. If you want to still use these guys, DO NOT pay a deposit to get started.

  Just started a junk/dump business found out my rear leaf spring support bracket weld head broken not knowing who to call first I reached out to several welding companies nearby and was told it would be later this week but when I called Austin Weldon and construction and talk to Brandon he said they could get to it today and they would be there shortly they showed up at dark and still got the job done we're very professional very polite well dressed well-groomed well-trained clean vehicle professional equipment for welding and took care of my little welding issue on my little dump trailer in about 1 hour I would highly recommend calling Brandon at Austin welding and construction for all of your future welding projects or needs highly recommended to get five stars guaranteed

  Austin Welding was very efficient, worked in the rain, and it didn't take long to do the job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
