Popped by today when no one else in town had what I needed. Walter went above and beyond to help us and get us what we needed to fix our broken appliance. It’s rare to meet people these days who know their craft, want to help, and will take the time to - especially for what amounted to a small task. This will be our first stop next time for anything electrical - from AC capacitors to wiring and more! Added bonus: as a historian by training, my son and I loved getting to see the artifacts from World War II, hearing stories about Mr Urbish’s time in the Pacific, and connections to Texas City Fire and more!

Amazing employees at this company. I had a difficult electrical problem in my house that another electrician was not able to diagnose. The Urbish technician identified the problem in about 5 minutes. (I guess this has to do with their many years of experience.) The tech had a friendly, no hassle, straight forward method of communication and saved me money by being able to diagnose the problem so quickly. (Electricians charge by the hour) Service was prompt and friendly. I've added them to my contacts and plan to call them for my future electrical needs.

Great people. Helped me fix my issue on a Friday at closing and did not seemed rushed to get me out the door. The counter guy doubled checked and even called someone to verify what I needed. GREAT SERVICE.
