  Deairra and Dino Were Amazing — Construction Management Made Us Feel Rushed Throughout the Process. Our journey began in October 2025, when my wife and I started exploring different neighborhoods and homes in search of the perfect place for our family. Fortunately, we found Brookewater. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by a former employee, Deairra, who treated us exceptionally well and instantly connected with my wife. She was incredibly helpful throughout the early stages of the process, guiding us through the home search and helping us find the perfect floor plan. We truly appreciate everything she did for us, as her support played a major role in our decision to continue with DRB. Although we were saddened to hear that she had to leave due to personal and family matters, we were fortunate to be referred to Dino, who was just as outstanding. Dino already understood exactly what we were looking for and what our top priorities were in a home. The process took several months and involved constant communication, but throughout it all, Dino remained responsive, supportive, and patient in answering all of our questions. We genuinely appreciated the effort he put into making my wife and me feel valued and prioritized during the entire experience. One area where we would like to provide constructive feedback is regarding the construction manager. During the inspection process, we often felt rushed, and whenever we attempted to point out concerns or defects, the conversation would sometimes be redirected toward features he personally liked about the home instead of addressing our concerns directly. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to feel fully confident and comfortable during the process. Additionally, being told to “watch a YouTube video” if we did not understand something did not come across professionally and left the wrong impression. We would strongly encourage future homeowners to take their time during the home-buying and inspection process and not allow themselves to feel pressured or rushed, especially when making such a significant financial investment. Thank you, Deairra and Dino, for making this such a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend DRB Homes to our friends and family.
