I had such a great experience with Matt Dorman and New View Windows! The entire process was easy and seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and Matt kept me informed every step of the way. Best of all, I can already tell a huge difference. My house is so much cooler in this sweltering Texas heat! I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Matt and New View Windows to anyone considering new windows for their home.

New View Windows did an exceptional job ordering and replacing our windows. Matt Dorman did a wonderful job assisting us on choosing window design, color, etc. Matt kept us updated on delivery and installation and when he said he would be here he was here! Never kept us waiting always on time and worked with my schedule.

We started looking into replacing all of our windows and several exterior doors early this year. After meeting with several window companies and installers, we ultimately chose New View because Brian and Jason made us feel the most comfortable. We believed they would not only do a great job, but would also be invested in making sure we remained satisfied after installation. We selected high-quality Andersen windows and doors, including a fairly major slider project, and the pricing was very competitive. The custom windows were delivered within the estimated timeframe, and the installation was completed over several days. We were very satisfied with the window and door installers, as well as the painters. Jason managed the process closely from start to finish and was clearly committed to our satisfaction. There was one challenge during the project, and New View chose the best solution to resolve it—even though it was not the cheapest or easiest option for them. We are very happy with our window and door renovation and highly recommend New View. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

New View Windows did an outstanding job with replacing 3 of my damaged screens. They kept me updated on the finished product timeline and was very pleased with their pricing. I am a Rockwall resident and try to support local businesses and I encourage Rockwall residents to use this great company. T. Alexander
