  Nice folks but was hoping for on time arrival (arrived a few minutes after 50; arrival window was 2-5p. Techs were coming to zRockwall fron Grapevine - seemed like dispatching could’ve arranged the day better than that, given Mesquite Milestone location on i30. Unfortunately, the issue was unable to be resolved by trlechs (friendly guys), and a follow up appointment was scheduled for next week. Disappointing outcome after carving out an afternoon for the initial appointment .

  Chris is by far the BEST artisan contractor I’ve had to my house, maybe ever! Very knowledgable and helpful. He had his work cut out to him for sure when he walked in my door and every job he tackled was much more than he bargained for. He still did everything with a smile on his face and goodness in his heart. After using 3 different plumbers over the years Chris was able to actually fix my issues and I actually feel confident that everything he did; toilet installation, garbage disposal exorcism - actually was spewing water all over my kitchen, and busted outside water faucet are all in solid order. If Chris did everything contracting under the sun I’d hire him every single time for every thing I ever needed.

  Ashton came out today to service my equipment for the season. He was polite, thoughtful to cover his shoes when entering my home, and was very good at explaining what he was doing, and at the end went through everything he had done today and the status of my equipment. I am ready for the summer! Thank you, Ashton and Milestone as always for making sure my home stays operational whether it is air-conditioning, plumbing, or garage doors, Milestone handles it all efficiently!

  I had a six year old Amana A/C unit fail. Milestone was very courteous and scheduled me accordingly. The mechanic showed up within the window described. His upsell technique was good, but he did not even know what he had in his truck. The Advantage membership was dangled while mentioning a part that he found he didn't have, and put a standard part on instead. Classic bait and switch. Yes, it was cheaper, but now I know I will have even more repair costs in the future, that the Advantage membership won't cover. That said, the unit works fine now and I can only assume the work done wasn't subpar. We will see.

  Cody arrived with Tyler to my home to work on the AC unit. They were both very clean and neat. This was a plus on first impressions. The house was hot and sticky but the gentlemen worked without complaining. Even though my home was not well presented, they wore shoe protectors. Nice. Cody was well liked by my family. He has a good voice and he recorded and explained the work job that he had done. He was thorough and very kind. To prevent future disasters, he showed me some of the things that I could work on. I really appreciated this. He got us up and running. Lastly, the gentlemen put my garage down. This was a courtesy given to me. Many contractors leave you with a mess to clear. I would like to thank milestone for sending him out. He is training Tyler well (Tyler was so sweet and respectful) and he deserves to get a good bonus. Summer is unforgiving at times.
