  Hugo Sanchez was great! We’ve had multiple opinions on our mini split and whole home hvac system, all leading us to call Milestone. Hugo took his time and came back with honest answers and provided proof to his diagnosis. He was patient with us, listened with intent, and cared for our home while he was here. The price was within reason of the scope of work. The reality of it is we had work done recently and two years ago that’s having to be redone. If we would have just used Milestone to begin with it would have cost us less. Pay for quality, get quality. Thanks Milestone!

  This company is a scam. They’ve made sure at every opportunity to not be available for service or find some reason to up charge you despite the membership fees. Electric and AC should never be a subscription service. This is a scam.

  Megan reached out to see if I would like my service moved up due to a cancellation. She then made it very easy to move my appt up. Christian arrived quick, installed the charger and surge protector quickly, and then they helped me set up my ChargePoint app (which was above and beyond what they were here for). Very happy and satisfied with the techs and their service! They were very polite, never felt rushed, extremely professional.

  my email to my sales person after 6 service calls for a 33K system that doesn’t work: At this point, I believe some type of discount or adjustment to the overall cost is warranted. This entire situation has honestly been a nightmare for my family. Our home has been extremely uncomfortable, our dogs are suffering in the heat, and most importantly, my wife has leukemia. Stress can cause her to develop welts and significant weakness, so having an ongoing issue like this in our home is more than just an inconvenience—it is affecting her well-being. I also work in the operating room, where I need to be completely focused on my patients. It is incredibly difficult to do my job knowing that my wife and family are at home dealing with this situation. I have always tried to support local Rockwall businesses and was previously part of a Rockwall Chamber of Commerce class. I genuinely do not want this situation to escalate or have to pursue other avenues to get it resolved, but we have reached a point where I feel something needs to be done to make this right. I’m asking that management please review everything that has happened, resolve the issue once and for all, and provide a reasonable adjustment to the overall cost based on what my family has been put through.

  Big day for Milestone visits! First William came and replaced a smoke detector that was too high up for us old people to do safely. He offered to replace the remaining but informed us we spent too much on some of them so we have, thanks to his advice on the correct units, returned the ones we previously bought for the right ones. Next Jesus came and descaled our tankless water heater and while he was doing that he measured our water pressure, inspected our pressure reduction valve and found it to be defective! We’ll be entertaining a quote next week to replace the valve. Also had a visit from Quinn who executed our 6 month HVAC checkup. Every one of these individuals were forthright, respectful, and very professional. Can’t say enough good things about Milestone employees!
