This would in normal circumstances void the warranty. I like to take this opportunity to thank the company and the employees for once again for going above and beyond . Which as we all know is rare in today's business. THANKS, FIREHOUES HVAC

I like to hang around and watch what’s going since I’m a little bit of a handyman, so I like to learn new things. Ruben was very accommodating and was teaching me along the way. They were able to troubleshot my issue during the service call and luckily my AC unit was still under warranty. They worked with the manufacturer to get a new coil and everything is back up and running 🙌🏼

Fardeen the service tech was fantastic at explaining what was going on and the steps he worked thru. He reached out to the unit manufacturer to verify my warranty coverage and quickly placed a hold on the only available part nearby while also working with his scheduler to fit me in and work around my schedule. Fardeen and the service team showed up exactly when they said they would and didn’t leave me waiting around for 1-5 hours like other companies. They communicated and confirmed everything throughout the entire process. 5+ Star Service!
