  Snobby people that don’t want to help you! They will not even get up from behind the desk. I will never return here again! Sadly enough they missed out a big purchase with our new build!

  Brooklyn is awesome! She is so sweet, knowledgeable and patient. I always go there for lighting.

  The worst flooring job I have ever experienced. You can feel where the padding doesn't line up under your feet in too many places to count. Loose carpet all around edges. Carpet doesn't meet the wall in several places. Spoke to contractor who told me to contact Kindel for a service call & repair. Kindel wasn't friendly at all, from the moment I met her at the door you could tell that she was displeased to have to come out and look at the issue. I told her of several issues, one of them being that the tacks were sticking up around almost every edge of the carpet and we were constantly stepping on them. She said, and I quote, "oh, you can just get a hammer and tap those in." Excuse me?! NO, you can have your guys hammer them in. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. We will be replacing the carpet and padding within the next year in our brand new home.

  Totally different experience than the other comments. I had a quote for wood flooring and carpet from Home Depot and another place and just dropped in here to see if they compare. Overwhelmed by the HUGE selection of wood floors and carpet. Described what I wanted and they beat the price and installed beautiful flooring throughout 4600 sf house. AND...when I needed it done within a week to be able to move in at Christmas,,,they made it happen including demolition of tile floors and removing old carpet. I'm also buying lighting from them simply because they have the BEST selection. If you get miffed simply because they're busy...MAKE an APPT!! Selection and getting what I want is more important than getting **tt hurt!
