  Great, clean store with an amazing selection! The ladies working there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

  I came in today to source lighting for a major remodel and planned to bring my client back. Instead, I was stared at and ignored by two sales associates who seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked about a fixture with no tag, I was spoken to like I was stupid for asking. I requested the price; the associate walked off and didn’t ask if I needed anything else. When I asked for the product name and lead time, she ignored me and went back to her phone. I literally watched her open YouTube and continue watching videos. They have a decent selection, but the service is so bad I won’t bring clients here. I took photos and will order elsewhere. If you’re a homeowner and need something quickly, I’d recommend Lamps Plus in Plano they actually keep inventory in stock.

  Brooklyn is awesome! She is so sweet, knowledgeable and patient. I always go there for lighting.

  The worst flooring job I have ever experienced. You can feel where the padding doesn't line up under your feet in too many places to count. Loose carpet all around edges. Carpet doesn't meet the wall in several places. Spoke to contractor who told me to contact Kindel for a service call & repair. Kindel wasn't friendly at all, from the moment I met her at the door you could tell that she was displeased to have to come out and look at the issue. I told her of several issues, one of them being that the tacks were sticking up around almost every edge of the carpet and we were constantly stepping on them. She said, and I quote, "oh, you can just get a hammer and tap those in." Excuse me?! NO, you can have your guys hammer them in. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. We will be replacing the carpet and padding within the next year in our brand new home.
