    They are advertising a “free estimate,” but they are still requesting credit card information upfront. From my understanding, there are only two scenarios: 1. I do not accept the estimate/cost of repair, in which case there is no charge since it’s supposed to be free. 2. I accept the estimate and proceed with the repair, and then I can provide payment details before any work begins. In either case, collecting credit card information just for an estimate doesn’t make sense. If the estimate is truly free, there should be no need for payment details at this stage.

    My A/C unit started to malfunction early on a Sunday morning. I was able to book an appointment within minutes. Jeremy Croyle showed up in the afternoon and we were back up and running within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. Explained every step of the process, offered insight on ways to maintain the health of our unit, and introduced us to the Friends and Family Program. Overall, great experience!

    I can't say enough good things about Kellen Mullinnix! He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of our situation. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining every step and showing us exactly what was wrong with our A/C system. We never felt rushed or pressured.....just informed and cared for. Thanks to Kellen's honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service, they've earned customers for life. ( He even found a warranty we didn't even know we had!) I highly recommend them!

    We are used to Bacon’s quality service, but must sincerely give accolades to electrician Zac who came to install new smoke detector and replace hardwired under-cabinet lighting. It is sometimes a bit apprehensive to allow anyone you’re unfamiliar with into your home, but must say that Zac made this such an incredibly pleasant experience. Extremely professional, obviously an expert in his field. Full of life, and know how, presents so well and put a homeowner at ease. He had incredibly positive energy. Rarely do you see someone who does a good job but enjoys and actually says that he loves the job that he does. That was incredible as I rarely find those who actually feel that way about their employment or their employer. We had a couple of issues to fit the lighting we had purchased to install, and he went above and beyond, trying to troubleshoot to make it work. We were unsuccessful in our efforts, need to re-order some different lighting that we had provided, but I absolutely won’t allow anybody else to come to the house except for Zac to do a reinstall! I very much enjoyed chatting with him, and feel that he’s definitely a credit to bacon, plumbing heating air electric. Thank you again, Zac for your help, your perseverance, your and willingness to try and help assist us with our lighting/smoke detector issues!

    My family and I had a wonderful experience with Bacon Electric. I hope you have a minute to visit with me; let me tell you this Tea!! We were in distress last Friday when our hvac pan overflowed and our unit stopped working. The search was on for a repair team and it was after 10pm. I called 5 different companies and left a vm, must admit that I was hoping that Bacon Electric would call me back the reviews were great and they open at 7a and they give you a free estimate. Well I received that return call by 7:30a on Saturday morning it was from Michaela but I missed the call; I then had a follow up call from Natalie who was very helpful and concerned. She assured that she could have a technician to assist me but she didn’t have an exact time. That was a relief. I thanked her for listening and getting an appointment. She said that the technician would call 30 mins before arrival. Well it happen just like that.. Thank You Natalie!! I received a call from the most wonderful and professional technician named Hudson who said he was on the way he was there before 4p!! Oh my Goodness what a hardworking dedicate employee Hudson is… B.E. He’s a keeper and he is a great representation of your company. This young man from the moment I met him was so professional extremely polite and a great listener whose solution focused. I told him the problem and he went all in saying we were going to get you some air. It turns out that the pipe was clogged the water was unable to drain so it overflowed. He told me the cost of the repair and then discounts I would be entitled to if I became a member for a low monthly cost. Well of course I signed up and I am very grateful I did the benefits are so worth it and you get priority scheduling. The system also blew a fuse. That was the easy part. The hard part was testing to find the clogged area. He kept trying in lieu of the heat and his sweat from head to toe, I gave him some cold water when he wanted it. He was determined and I was praying Lord please help Hudson find our solution. He kept trying saying we are going to get it but I may have to call a plumber. He tried again and called a supervisor and went back in and it was fixed. He was extremely excited and so were we. The Lord answered all of our prayer. He cleaned everything and powered the system up. He stayed around to ensure that the system was working properly and that the house was cooling he left our home after 9pm. I thanked him and he said to me that we are family and that the goal of Bacon Electric to leave you better and make you feel like family. Mission Accomplished B.E. & Thank you Hudson for everything you’ve done for our family and the others you served before us. We had a great night of sleep and have been enjoying the cool air ever since. It felt like family and we are now members of the Bacon Family.
