My home is newer and we have spray foam insulation as well and I had two AC companies come out to tell me it was a clogged drain and the other said it was the capacitor. It would work for a few days and then it was back to not cooling. I finally called Airboss and they were the ones to figure out the issue - there was a leak in the system. My AC went from running 24/7 to the average 9-10 hours per day even with keeping the AC at a lower temperature of around 70-71 degrees. I’ll be calling them in the future for all AC repairs
