- GKGeorge Krapfel2 days ago4.0Outlet cover was not sealed against the gasket, a screw broke off so an alternate screw was placed next to it but it stripped out resulting in no physical connection on the bottom of the gfi plug. Owner of AirBoss responded to this post the next day and replaced all equipment- everything is working. I'm glad this contractor is responsive and accountable for their materials and services.

Still have one thermostat that only tells temperature, but does not adjust temperature. Had them service 3 units on my other home; received their invoice to find it 80% higher than same service provided by another company for same service. Finally, get a copy of their liability insurance before hiring, because they WONT provide one after you pay them. Worst HVAC company experience of my life!!!!
