They are always prompt and very courteous The urine stains from our elderly pet have been removed and the carpet looks great. Well, I could not be more pleased with the results of their professional cleaning job. They managed to make the floors look like brand new again! The owner, Chris, and his crew were extremely professional and they simply did a great job!

Day of appt., crew was going to be late so the office contacted me to let me know. Chris and his helper were very nice. Chris confirmed services and offered other options (fabric treatment). While Chris and I finalized the services his helper was getting everything set up. They cleaned my sofa and carpet. Overall, satisfied with the work and will call them next here, when it's time to clean my carpet again. Only suggestion to improve would be to ask clients if they would like scented or unscented deodorizer (or none at all if unscented is not an option). The lemon scented spray they used at the end was very strong, and it took me opening doors and windows to help air my place out. I typically use all unscented products in my house, so I may be more sensitive to it than others.
