  If your looking for a sign this is it. Don’t get misled by the sales people at the show home they do a great job with the 3% interest rate bs. I haven’t been here a year YET and have already had multiple ac issues. Multiple leaks through air vents from the ac. Bug infestation. Extremely poor water quality, check fox 26 news on the water issue with Quadvest. All my water faucets leak but it’s blamed on the poor water quality by the plumbers the warranty company sends out. HOA will charge you $800 for a spider infested playground, and $600 for trashcan pick up fee. All meanwhile they say “oh those things have warranties if they break or stop working” yeah I can see WHY they have warranties. HOUK air conditioning has sent out about 6 guys to fix an issue with my ac and still nothing has been resolved. There’s so many other options in the area, please hold off on buying here. As a first time homebuyer, these houses and this neighborhood is not worth it in the long run.

  Starlite Homes – Extremely Poor Quality and Constant Issues I have been living in my Starlite home for six months, and almost every single week a new problem shows up. Electrical issues, AC problems, misaligned cabinets, and even a window that was installed in the wrong size — the list keeps growing.These are basic construction and quality‑control failures that should have been caught before closing. Instead, I’ve spent six months dealing with repairs and frustration.Buyers deserve transparency and proper workmanship. My experience shows a serious lack of quality control, and I’m sharing this so future buyers know what to expect.

  Horrible builder, do not recommend. Lots of issues with warranty. Managers do not know how to coordinate repairs very well; it takes well over a month to complete a task. Very unprofessional; then they expect you to make time for repairs on their schedule, and people can’t even show up.

  Visted here today Pleasant experience Sales rep. This guy, also so well informed He let me know a little about himself, so young and so smart. Dylan I believe is way beyond his years in experience this guy knows his job so well, so much knowledge Every question I had, he had the answer, and yes I love to ask questions Overall a great experience
