Company offered discounted rate and assisted us. I am really grateful and appreciate the team and management. Sorry I am late in adding review. But this is our first home and it will alwayz be special and close to my heart and this dream would not be possible without this management and Marcus. I remember the day Marcus called me and offered this house I am really thankful to him that he called me. My kids are so happy and we love the community and our house. Thank you is just a small word but thank you Marcus and team for offering us discounted rates and assisting us. Thank you for fulfilling our dream. 😊😊😊😊😊😊 I will alwayz be grateful and alwayz pray that your company achieve success.
- JJJennMay 26, 20261.0If your looking for a sign this is it. Don’t get misled by the sales people at the show home they do a great job with the 3% interest rate bs. I haven’t been here a year YET and have already had multiple ac issues. Multiple leaks through air vents from the ac. Bug infestation. Extremely poor water quality, check fox 26 news on the water issue with Quadvest. All my water faucets leak but it’s blamed on the poor water quality by the plumbers the warranty company sends out. HOA will charge you $800 for a spider infested playground, and $600 for trashcan pick up fee. All meanwhile they say “oh those things have warranties if they break or stop working” yeah I can see WHY they have warranties. HOUK air conditioning has sent out about 6 guys to fix an issue with my ac and still nothing has been resolved. There’s so many other options in the area, please hold off on buying here. As a first time homebuyer, these houses and this neighborhood is not worth it in the long run.
