Fresh Air Inc came out when our downstairs AC suddenly stopped cooling. The indoor blower was running fine, but the outdoor condenser wouldn't turn on at all.
The technician did a great job troubleshooting the issue quickly, identifying a damaged/chewed control wire running from the outdoor unit to the attic. They ran a brand-new line straight to the attic air handler and got our system back up and running fast. Professional, knowledgeable, and transparent work without trying to sell unnecessary parts. He fixed the A/C, but was overpriced. He was nice on the surface, but I didn't trust him. I'm a handyman and worked on the A/C before, but just didn't feel like bothering with it. I think I even changed the part he claimed to replace - the part is less than $20. I should have hovered while he was working. It was probably just a loose wire or something simple. I will use my mom's contractor next time. I'll be prepared next time. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."

I am a local realtor and hired them to give a quote for repairs listed on the inspection report . They tried to sell me a $55k replacement system and when it was questioned , they tried to sell a $27k system. I never got a quote for the repairs. I had to get another company out to get repairs quotes. Unprofessional.

This was my first time using this company, they arrived at the time they said they would, the technician was polite and professional. But I was disappointed at the technician’s diagnosis of my ac system. He check the out side system and claimed I had a leak and quoted me a repair price without checking the system in the attic. I called another company for a second opinion and just as I thought coils were frozen due to insulation was blocking the return air. I say all this because as a consumer just give me honest feedback instead of trying to sell me something that I didn’t need at this time just to get extra money. Please train your technician to check the whole system before quoting prices.
