Job was to rewire four existing ceiling 4' two tube T-8 strip fixtures from fluorescent to LED. Remove four ballast and install 8 new 4' Keystone LED bulbs. Total bill was $1,381.17. I was charged $197.31 per bulb. Keystone 4' Direct LED bulbs cost about $10.00 on web. Basically, labor charges would be $1,300 for about two hours of work. Received quote last year to do this same work for $625.00 from similar Electrical/Plumbing company. Work done by tech was very good. I have a really problem with price charged. If not for the pricing, I would have rated company higher. I would not recommend this company due to pricing. Review Update 7-9-26 3:30 pm: I was contacted today shortly after posting my initial review by Mike White, president of the company as he was very concerned about my review. Mike was very open to reviewing my concerns and explaining to me his company's customer focused philosophy. We had a very good conversation, and he was able to understand and address my concerns. Mike indicated that he will be making adjustments to the billing based upon my input. I really appreciate Mike reaching out so quickly and his willingness to listen to his customers. I will keep his company on my list for future project and repair work.

I cannot say how professional and honest this company is. They went well above and beyond to help me out. First they came out very quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and didn't try to up charge. Dakota was my tech and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Got the job done quick. The service supervisor Cornell came out and talked with me and is a top notch guy. I will never call any other plumber. I highly recommend you call only Top Tech for any of electrical or plumbing needs.

Overall good experience! Some things to know: 1. The $63 special is for unscrewing your drain cover and clearing things out by hand. If any other tools are involved, the price goes up (to $200+). Those prices seem to be in line with, or slightly better than, average. 2. The 63-minute guarantee doesn't exist. They tell you when you book that it shouldn't be on the website because it isn't real. They were still quick, and arrived in about 2.5 hours. Love that there is no extra charge for nights/weekends/holidays. 3. Riley, my plumber, was very friendly, kind, and professional. He got the drain working well-enough without the need for a major repair, which is just what I needed.

Great guys. I appreciated the communication. Right from the onset of the appointment I was kept informed of arrival times and who would be coming. When the techs arrived they were friendly and courteous. These guys humanized the process by keeping things light and conversational; spending time talking casually about everything from my son's basketball journey to father's playing with their kids. That's the kind of home style grass roots neighborly approach I appreciate. Transparent. The tech took me along with him during discovery mode instead of hiding things away to fully and truthfully expose the issues. Now that's worth the price of gold. The one thing that stood out to me was something the tech said in casual conversation.."I'll tell you a lot of things, but I'll never lie to you" when he was discussing the issues. He backed that up with full transparency. Where they the cheapest in town, no. Where they the most expensive; not even close. What they were and remain to be is an honest, upfront, fully transparent and neighborly company. Nope, I'm not a paid sponsor. I'm a customer who paid for service. What I got in return is a company that I'll recommend in a heartbeat and will hopefully NOT be doing business with in the future haha...it means something has gone wrong again... But a company I will absolutely do business with from now on when necessary.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally to apologize and explain the situation. He admitted there was a breakdown in communication, took my feedback seriously, and explained how he plans to use this to improve their scheduling workflow. He even offered a gift card to make things right, which I declined because I truly just wanted the communication issue addressed. I really appreciate a business owner who takes accountability and uses negative feedback to get better. Raising my rating for the excellent customer service and honesty after the fact. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I called last night and scheduled an urgent appointment to replace the breaker for our AC (confirmed by an HVAC tech that old breaker was the issue). I was given a timeframe of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM today. By noon, nobody had reached out. When I called to check in, I was told someone would be there "soon." By 1:30 PM, they still couldn't give me an actual arrival time. The last person I spoke to was completely unapologetic about the issue. There is clearly a major communication issue between scheduling and the field technicians. Because they weren't honest about their availability, it delayed getting a critical issue fixed and made me look completely unreliable to my tenants, whom I had assured someone would arrive by noon. I ultimately had to scramble to find another company. Would not recommend if you have an urgent repair.
