I had top tech come out to my house to quote me on a wire repair. They came promptly to give me the quote and I agreed to the work. Then when it was actually time to show up for the job, no one came. Then I got a text saying they would come the following week so I called to verify and the dispatcher said, the tech would call me. That day came and passed, still no response. The following week,I got another text, saying the tech would be there in 2 days. Haven't heard anything since that. So I hired someone else.

RIP-OFF!! We have a 2" interference by holly roots in sewer line and these folks wanted $3,723.46 for the repair. Not to mention that they put on invoice $619.41for permit, which is $50 in Denton with no plumber presence or testing needed after the repair. I would give this company 0 for greediness, if that was possible. Be an educated consumer!

The tech showed up within an hour and half of the initial contact. Nick was pleasant to interact with. The call was semi urgent as a result of a broken off washing machine pipe. Cost was high but I agreed to it, due to the urgency of the situation. Nick explained the work to be done and completed the task within about 90 minutes. No leaks so far.

The young man they sent on Sunday was wonderful but they did not give him adequate equipment to clear the clog. I had to pay for a hotel room for my renters. The company sent another man the next morning with a camera for $275. He determined I needed a new sewer line and quoted $19,000 for a 65 foot run through the backyard. I called another plumber who came out that day, Monday, and cleared the sewer line for $175. I’m having the sewer line replaced today (Thursday) for $7800.

Had a copper pipe that needed to be replaced , tech did show up and address the issue , however they quoted $1,800 for a repair of 2’ of 3/4 pipe with shut off , I hand dug the hole to make it easier . Could took the tech 15 min to make repair . But @ $1,800 I felt that was wayyyyy over charging and should had been closer to 3-500 at most . I did however use them for drain cleaning and too car of me for 79$ and that was a blessing and seemed easy for them . But idk about water lines especially at those prices
