  We had an emergency drain clog at our home during the last crazy storm we had, so of course, our power went out. Talk about a 2 for combo of best in class trade guys. Dylan(plumbing), and Mike(electrical). Came out and got us fixed up perfectly! Top Tech seems like more than their name, it’s a badge of honor that shows in their work. Roasted panel updated to the 21st century with surge protection, and got us a brand new sewer line with pressure assist toilets. We can’t be happier in our house knowing that the lights are on when we need it, and things are flowing smoothly. Thank you Top Tech!

  Top Tech replied quickly. Tyler was the representative that came out the same day. I explained to him the work that I wanted. While he was here he did an electrical safety inspection. Tyler provided me with suggestions to update our electrical system. He then provided me with several different options to address the work that I wanted done as well as addressing some aging concerns with our electrical system. Tyler was very helpful and didn’t try to pressure us into more than we had budgeted for the work.

  After 5-7 estimates to have some electrical work done we found TopTech Electrical to be the most reasonable and professional. Mark B. came out to evaluate what was needed and explained all options. The follow day, Hector A. and his apprentice showed up on time. Reviewed the work requested, communicated the process and approximate time it would take them. Hector is a great communicator, and kept us up to date as they completed different stages. He on a few occasions stopped to show their progress and check to ensure we were satisfied to that point. Overall, very happy with the professionalism displayed, the communication and focus to complete the job in a timely manner without disrupting my business activities.   Just had TopTech out to my place and they knocked it out of the park like Shohei. Dylan Moya handled both jobs for me installed a new EV charger in my garage and cleared out a stubborn drain that had been giving me problems. Dylan was super professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly without talking down to me like a lot of contractors. The EV charger install was clean and exactly where I wanted it, and he made sure it was all up to code. Drain was flowing perfect again in no time. No mess, no hassle and no more smell!! These guys are the real deal as well as fast, knowledgeable, and actually care about doing the job right. If you need electrical or plumbing work in the DFW area, call TopTech and ask for Dylan Moya. You won’t be disappointed.

  Hector and his assistant came out to my home promptly on Friday and completely amazed me with all the different projects they completed yesterday. Not only was the work finished professionally but they walked me through everything and answered my questions. I had lights hung inside and out among other stuff done inside, a fan hung, a dimmer switch added, and lights replaced but everything is beautiful 😍. I'm extremely pleased with they work done at my home and will continue to use topnotch, requesting Hector for all my electrical needs. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and it showed in his detailed work, my home is even more beautiful now. Thanks for a wonderful experience Hector we'll definitely be in touch
