Worse possible rating possible. They came 4 different times and each time they came they were not able to solve the problem They were certain it would only take one more visit, and they came again and said it was a bigger more expensive problem. Zero accountability, it would have been cheaper to buy a brand new Generator, but they keep coming back and back again without every diagnosing the true problem until the final visit.

I had them do some work for me and they did a decent job. I was going to hire them for another project but before scheduling they require half of the total price as a down payment which was $1.4k. I ended up having to cancel and they haven’t refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding to me. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. So I don’t know if they’ve blocked me or what, I now have to figure out how to get me money back for a job they didn’t perform.

Scheduling went great and the electrician showed up on time and that's about where the good experience stopped. The electrician was installing an electric vehicle charger. He honestly didn't really seem to know what he was doing. He almost seemed lost. I was willing to overlook that he placed the charger high up on the wall crammed in between the breaker box and sprinkler controller. The charger worked for all of about 5 minutes. Since then, the circuit breaker pops as soon as a vehicle is plugged in. Even after adjusting the charging amperage to it's lowest setting, the breaker still pops. This is a 60-amp breaker popping on a 30-amp charge. I've tried calling to have the issue fixed but no answer on their phones and their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I even tried scheduling another appointment and reached out online and still nothing. When I have a chance, I plan on dropping by their location to see if any resolution can be met.

Had an EV charger installed at my house. Associates were very professional and did a fantastic job. This was not a normal EV charger install where it just goes next to the breaker panel in the garage. My breaker panel is located in the rear of the house and they had to run wire through the attic and out the front of the house. I definitely recommend for anyone needing electrical work done.

First I was trying to call Raymond & Son Electric in Lewisville but my call got routed to HR Phoenix, which is suss. Then I scheduled an appointment and they came out later that day on a Saturday so that was good. However.... I had the tech Bobby and he was a horrible communicator. He didn't tell me he was going to start moving things around in the bedroom and moved the bed and almost pulled down the curtains and bent the curtain rod. He also spent an hour trying to troubleshoot and seemed confused and uncertain what he was doing, wasnt clear on what was going on. Then said he thought it was the outlet behind the entertainment center and said he would come back later in the week when everything was moved out from the walls. Charged $300 for an hour of troubleshooting and left. 3 days later different tech comes out Geof. He started working on it right away and figured out the problem, which was the light switch that Bobby didnt check and fixed it within 30 mins. The other issue was Bobby said the whole house surge protector in our breaker box needed replaced and said he would do that when he came back out. So we asked Geof and he said he would have to run to Home Depot and get the part, which meant we were paying for him to go shopping. Not sure why they didn't have the part or tell us I would've had it ready when he got to our house. Seems like a racket to just charge more money. Second trip, I got billed another $526. I asked for an itemized receipt and never got it. I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone.
