  Top notch experience from these folks! Foster provided the highly competitive estimate for my Trane multi-stage heat pump and air handler, and quickly responded to follow up questions I had regarding my installation. Crystal flawlessly handled the installation scheduling, payments and warranty registrations. David and crew performed the install and left my home spotless. Had one issue with the install, which Crystal promptly addressed by sending out a tech. Prices for systems are listed on their website, which are accurate and represent a level of transparency not typically seen in the HVAC world.

  I've worked with Green Leaf Air since 2018. 1. PLEASE STOP selling Trane - the product is garbage. The company is garbage. Customer service/ relations is a joke. I purchased a new Trane unit, summer of 2018. It is currently on the 4th compressor. My $5900 unit has now cost me over $10K in less than 5 years. Based on more research - looks like this issue is widespread. 2. The company is very accessible and does return calls. 3. The company will charge you prior to services being completed, threatening not to complete a job until the invoice is paid. I find this to be very unprofessional.

  Our AC unit died in the heat of summer and I shopped around to get quotes. After getting four different quotes from a/c companies in the metroplex, Green Leaf Air blew them all out of the water. They provided us with the right unit for our home with a larger seer rating for a cheaper price than the other companies quoted. The installers were scheduled on a Saturday and were late for their install time. We figured they were helping another customer but Green Leaf Air called and informed us that when the installers arrived at Trane to pick up the A/C unit, Trane was closed for the holiday. They had a Rep from Trane come open up and give them the A/C unit so they could install it as promised. Once they arrived the installers were professional and fast. Our old unit was so old they had to make modifications for the new one to fit. Several hours later we had cold air again. Thank you Green Leaf Air! You went above and beyond in service and professionalism.
