  Jeromy went above & beyond for us today! He fixed our a/c issues quickly! He took the time to walk me through every maintenance requirement in a way that I could understand and the breakdown of cost. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

  This company is no good they come into your home and break stuff on purpose then wanna charge you for what they broke so you better watch them and I will never use this company again this company no experience and beware and will never use this company again

  So it’s always a pleasant experience when Republic Home Services comes to check things out. This time it was for plumbing to see if anything needed fixing or upgrading. What always stands out when these nice young man come to my home. They are Extremely well mannered and very conscientious about staying clean and not getting anything on the floors. They wear the surgical shoe covers. They just quietly went about checking everything. They checked my plumbing tires visit. It didn’t cost me a thing because I am on their plan for this service which I’ve already paid for.

  My AC went out in the middle of a Texas heat wave, so I began calling around to compare rates. From the moment Tracy answered the phone, I was impressed. Her warmth, knowledge, transparency, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. I stopped searching and thought, “This is the company.” Less than 30 minutes later, Jeromy, the technician, was at my door and he only confirmed that I had made the right decision. He treated my home with the same care he would give his own. He explained what needed to be repaired, patiently answered every question, and made sure I understood my system and what I could do to care for it moving forward. There was never any pressure to purchase something I did not need. What impressed me most was Jeromy’s honesty. He was not there to upsell me; he was there to help and educate me. It was also evident that he genuinely loves working for Republic AC—a company that values its employees. When people feel valued, that care creates a ripple effect, and I certainly felt it as a customer. From the first phone call to the service inside my home, this was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend Republic AC!
