They tell you one amount that you will need to bring to close then once they get your money they give you a different amount that is over $2,000.00 more to bring to close. When you bring it to their attention they offer to change the interest rate to a higher amount that will only cost you an additional $8,000.00 over the 30 year loan. When you say "No Thank You!" Then they offer to change the cost the of house and then you will only have to pay an additional $4,000.00 over the 30 year loan. Again "No Thank You"
