BEWARE! Do NOT buy a home from Beazer Homes. Worst builder and worst client experience. We have been living in our home in Whitewing for two years and recently discovered a leak caused by the dishwasher installation. Beazer told us they would take care of it. We also know Beazer has faced lawsuits before, including in this neighborhood, so we have been very careful throughout this entire process. The initial Beazer warranty representative, Rene, started the remediation process incorrectly. We had to get the corporate office involved because of how badly the process was being handled. Rene argued with us and told us that what he was doing was Beazer’s “remediation standard.” I explained that there is an industry standard for remediation, and that is what should be followed. Now we are dealing with Tracy, and she has completely cut us off from our kitchen. Then, the remediation barrier broke, and we immediately explained what had happened. Even knowing that the barrier had failed, Beazer did absolutely nothing to help us all weekend. My husband has asthma, which makes this situation an even bigger concern for our family. We have little kids and animals in our home, and Beazer has shown absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for what we are dealing with. Now it is Monday, and Tracy & the HEAD of warranty Robyn S. is still unresponsive. This entire process has been miserable. We should not have to repeatedly fight, escalate issues to corporate, and beg for communication just to get our builder to address a problem in our home. There are so many builders to choose from. Do your research before choosing Beazer Homes. Based on our experience, I would never recommend them to another family. When something goes wrong with a home you spent years and hundreds of thousands of dollars investing in, you should be able to count on your builder to do the right thing. That has not been our experience with Beazer.

We've had nothing but great experiences with the entire Beazer team since we decided to build a home earlier this year. Kim Paxton has been a wonderful guide and resource for us, so much so that we sometimes pop into the sales office just to say hi! Our entire team - sales, design studio, foreman - has been incredible! Being able to do regular walk-throughs with our builder rep to ensure everything is where we want, that all our "extras" are in place, and to show us all the inner workings of the home has been a HUGE bonus. Our team always answer our questions quickly and thoroughly, making us know we made the right choice in builders. Our house is moving along at a steady pace and is on track to finish on time; we're excited to see the finished product in just a few short weeks !
