  This place is a scamming type business.. They have this little old lady answering the phone, that plays here part well . I called them and told them what was going on with my door.. She went on to tell me that it was 109.00 for a service call plus whatever part you need.. Now mind you I have replaced this part myself a few times, but the only supplier that I know is through Amazon the part cost about nine dollars takes a couple of days to get it so with me thinking about my wife getting off of work and not being able to get in the garage. I agree to go ahead and let them come out thinking maybe a I would pay for the 109+ whatever they want for the part only to learn when the technician get there they don’t sell parts. The only part they’ll try to sell you is a complete brand new garage door opener.. This was a complete waste of my time, Waited on the technician who said he will be there in 30 minutes after about an hour I called him. He said oh he was about to run out of gas and he would be there in five minutes and actually showed up about 20 minutes later than that I would not recommend this place of business to anyone that need a garage repair.

  Great service and great price. Installer was prompt, worked quickly and was very polite. They offer a good warranty plan and answer the phone when you call. They are certainly worth doing business with.

  Excellent service! I called to have both of my garage doors serviced and 1 operator adjusted about 2 weeks ago and a very pleasant, knowledgeable technician Keith arrived and performed all needed maintenance. While talking to Keith about my belt driven operator, he confirmed my suspensions that the belt had become stretched to its max over the years. Keith explained to me about my options and that at the time the operator did not need to be replaced immediately. Keith explained to me the differences (both price wise and mechanical wise) between the belt driven and chain driven operators, but never pushed me into immediate replacement. Before Keith left my mother and I decided to go ahead and make arrangements to have the oldest operator replaced. On 11-19-21 Keith called to let me know he was on his way to install the new operator and that he'd see me shortly. Because of the extensive information Keith offered, we chose to have a new chain driven operator installed. Keith arrived and was very efficient and thorough in removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Keith was very thorough making sure the operator and door was adjusted properly and that both remote controls worked properly, and cleaned his work area. Because of Keith's knowledge and professionalism I will absolutely be using Dabney Garage Doors in the future and highly recommend them. My mother and I were very impressed with the cost of $399.00 to purchase and install my new very quiet chain driven operator.

  Mr. Dabney is very nice and Pleasant to talk to him. They were able to come out same day to fix broken springs on garage door. The two technicians was professional, courteous, friendly, along with a great job done quickly

  Great service Spencer was very professional took care of my problem in no time. Educated me on up keep. He even programmed my car to open and close my garage door. Thank you Dabney Garage Door😊
