  This place is a scamming type business.. They have this little old lady answering the phone, that plays here part well . I called them and told them what was going on with my door.. She went on to tell me that it was 109.00 for a service call plus whatever part you need.. Now mind you I have replaced this part myself a few times, but the only supplier that I know is through Amazon the part cost about nine dollars takes a couple of days to get it so with me thinking about my wife getting off of work and not being able to get in the garage. I agree to go ahead and let them come out thinking maybe a I would pay for the 109+ whatever they want for the part only to learn when the technician get there they don’t sell parts. The only part they’ll try to sell you is a complete brand new garage door opener.. This was a complete waste of my time, Waited on the technician who said he will be there in 30 minutes after about an hour I called him. He said oh he was about to run out of gas and he would be there in five minutes and actually showed up about 20 minutes later than that I would not recommend this place of business to anyone that need a garage repair.

  Be sure to be available when they decide to be at your home, whether early or not. The second appointment was a miscommunication by each of us. More “one star” than anything else.

  It is in poor taste and not humorous what so ever the owners of this business are using the verbiage "I need a pill" in their most recent commercial. There is a national crisis in the abuse of prescription medication and do not have a for thought about how this is impacting the cities in which they serve.

  Mr. Dabney is a joke. I called to check on what it would cost to get my door serviced and began to describe my problem to him. I told him I might want to keep diagnosing myself if it was going to cost too much to come take a look. He started describing my parts to me and how and where the wires were connected. His description did not match what I have. When I told him that repeatedly, he got short and rude with me. He said, " well bud, do you want me to send a truck out to check it out or what do you want to do?" I told him, no thanks and that I was done with him...Just read his replies to the negative reviews on here or watch his commercials. He has proved himself how unprofessional he is. Buyer beware.
