  4 years ago they put in whole new HVAC system. Month ago it stopped working. I called them. They came out, we're there about 1 hour and was told they adjusted compressor. $179. I asked for explanation of charges, was told $80 service call and $99 for part (?). 2 weeks ago system stopped working again. Now only blowing hot air. I purchased a 8000 BTU portable floor system from Home Depot for $500 to cool our master bedroon at night. Outside temp is 104 to 105 degrees, and inside temp is between 94 to 99 degrees. Today I stopped by PC Air (put in whole new system 5 years ago. Asked for bill and explanation of bill. The billed shiws: new W-ZP37LXE-PFI-800 37000BTU compressor - no charge, RL COMPRESSOR replacement (Warranty) $725, M-R-419A per lbs $8 rate 54.98 total $439.84, M-C-163-S, 3x8" 16ci. Ref drier Sporlan) qty 1 rate 76.75, total 76.75, LL EXPRESS, SPECIAL SHIPPING $35, sales tax 8.25% $49.47, total cost: $1,326.06. I was told the parts were covered by warranty (439.84 and $725). However I needed to pay the full amount. Total ripoff. I was charged for everything. Nothing list as covered under Warranty.
