  We rented an ozone machine from Taylor Rental to help get rid of cigarette smell. It did the job and the team made the rental process a breeze. Fair pricing and good equipment. 👍🏻👍🏻

  One of the best experiences I will ever have as a consumer. Before you agree to replace your sewer line, pay a plumber a lot, or if you just have a nagging plumbing issue, perhaps call or visit Taylor Rental Center on 75 in Plano. Mark there talked to me on the phone about what was STILL going on with a recurring backup after I'd just rented from HD and ran a 50' snake through every cleanout. Then in person he spent about 15 minutes listening to the draining problem history of my 1970s house. I thought for sure it was time to have my yard and beyond dug up because I see that in my neighborhood. Instead, I did exactly what he said with a rented 75' snake and the sewer line is clear and fast flowing for the first time in at least 20 years. 18 years ago, a plumber told me I needed to replace my cast iron sewer line real soon. I didn't do it. Thank goodness. Easy fix! UNREAL! Yay! Thank you Mark!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STORE MANAGER NOT THE BUDGET RENTAL EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY RENTAL. WHICH I COULD GIVE -100 !!

  Called up Taylor Rental this morning and talked to Jessie, who was very friendly and said he had what I needed in stock. I went to pick it up and he gave me some tips to keep in mind for the equipment. Awesome experience here!

  I’ve rented tools from plenty of places and have never had an experience like this. I understand customer verification, but this felt excessive. I ended up returning the tool without using it because the interaction didn’t sit right with me. I don’t think they’re a bad company, but I hope they reconsider how they handle the rental process.
