  I called Plano Overhead on Sunday for a quote and they retuned my call first thing on Monday morning and had a guy meet me 30 mins later. Off subject I can’t believe how much it costs to replace a garage door now but I have a lifetime warranty so the cost wasn’t that big of a deal since I know I will not need to replace that again. The door is beautiful and basically match my home outside paint job. It’s a smooth roll up and down. Brian did an amazing job on the install and was fast. He finished the job quickly, demonstrated how to care for it and to keep the warranty valid. I called other companies yesterday and I still have no response from them. Plano Overhead had the door in stock and was able to immediately replace it. I do appreciate you guys. It’s awful sleeping at night with an exposed garage. If you need fast service, call them they are very very responsive!!

  The best! The ladies on the phone were so courteous and prompt. Within the hour Sean was at my door for inspection/ consultation. Again extremely courteous professional and patient. Answered questions on how and why a 4 yr old garage door broke. The ladies followed up but they were very understanding that I'd like to get a few more quotes. Ofcourse it took only 1 other company to make me decide that POGD is the one. The second company sent a guy who said he'll "take measurements and have someone call us". Didn't compare to the quality of service of POGD by a mile. The garage door install was 2.5 hours, Sean was so efficient and the workmanship is amazing. My garage door looks sturdy and perfect. Every person i interacted with at Plano Overhead deserves a 5 star rating.

  I’ve had my garage door come off the rails 3–4 times in the past, and every time I felt like I paid too much for the repair. This time, I decided to call Plano Overhead Garage Door, and I’m so glad I did. From booking the appointment to finishing the job, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Our technician, Greg Boshart, was fantastic. He arrived looking professional, was friendly, explained everything clearly, and had our door working again quickly. He even swept the garage floor before he left. That level of care really stood out!!! Thank you, Greg! I’ll gladly recommend Plano Overhead Garage Door and will absolutely call them again if I ever need service in the future.

  I got same day service for replacing one dead garage opener and one with a faulty logic board with the latest Liftmaster wifi opener. Jacob and Hoang were very professional and courteous. They did a good job and were willing to spend time in making sure our garage doors would run smoothly and quietly by adjusting the tracks, and etc. I had questions on the old wireless keypad and my old car's Homelink connection. They sent another team the next day to talk to me and address my issues with the keypad and Homelink. I would definitely use this company for my future needs.
