  I called Plano Overhead Garage Door for repairs. Sara was nice on the phone and we set up appointment. Brandon,the tech came out did thorough assessment. He completed repairs and checked that all was working properly. The price was reasonable and fair. I will definitely be calling them when and if I need repairs or services. Thanks guys.

  Excellent company to do businesses with, great customer service. Our garage door spring broke and I couldn't get the car out to take my wife to her surgery follow up appointment. They sent a technician out that was in the area right away. Our technician Greg was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Greg if you need garage door service.

  Sean did a fantastic job! My garage was full of junk and being an elderly man, I could not move things out of the way for Sean to replace my garage door opener. Sean and my son managed to clear the garage enough to get the job done. The new garage door opener works great! Sean even programmed my existing built-in garage door opener in my truck to work with the new garage door opener. Great job!

  You guys are the best. I am so glad that we chose Plano Overhead Garage Door to install our new garage door system. The whole process was so smooth from estimate and setting up the appointment to the install itself. Our garage door opener and door was old the opener broke about a week ago. I called you guys yesterday to come out and give us an estimate on a new install. They sent a technician out within 30 minutes, Greg Boshart who showed us different samples to choose from for garage doors. We chose a color we liked he gave us a reasonable estimate and we set up an appointment for the install which was today. Within one day we have a beautiful door and super quiet opener. Greg was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. Today Jarrod Teague came out and installed everything Jarrod was also very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and answered all my wife's questions. Thank you guys for taking care of us not only are we thankful but we are also very satisfied and now life long customers. I would recommend Plano Overhead Garage door to anyone. Absolutely the BEST.

  Had a wonderful experience working with Plano Overhead Garage on sealing gaps between our garage door and the door frame. Our technician Kevin was prompt, courteous, explained everything clearly, worked SUPER hard in this crazy heat, and did a bunch of maintenance adjustments for us to get the door working in top shape. Price was also super fair! Really grateful to have called them! Will definitely call in the future for all garage related issues. Thank you so much!
