  Sean Lolo-Englert did an excellent job replacing 2 garage door openers. He arrived on time and finished the work within the time stated. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He even took care of programming all the devices including the car which made it an even better experience. I truly respect the professional way he represented not on himself but for Plano Overhead Garage. I have been using this company for decades and always recommend them when others ask who to call. Great job all around.

  I've been a customer of Plano Overhead Door for more than two decades, and they have always been friendly, responsive, and dependable. I especially want to recognize Brandon, the technician who handled my most recent repair. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He clearly explained what needed to be done, answered my questions, and completed the repairs much faster than I expected.   Our technician was awesome. He was on time, knowledgeable about our problems and offered a solution to fix the issues. He was able to answer my questions and give us information so we could make a decision. The installation went very quickly, and Sean was very helpful to go over all the information, demonstrate and how to use the controls on wall panel, and outside keypad. He programmed my car and show me how to download and sign up to the application.. Sean also went over the warranty, share the cost of a service charge fee which is not included in the warranty. We decided to replace the garage door wheels, which were 28 years old, to avoid having to pay for a service charge in the future. Sean cleaned up once he was finished. Over he did an excellent job and I highly recommend Plano Overhead Door.

  I found Plano Overhead Garage Door on Google and decided to give them a call for a much-needed garage door tune-up—and I’m so glad I did. I bought my home in August 2025, and let’s just say the garage door probably hadn’t seen a tune-up in… a while. Greg was my technician, and he was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and great at explaining everything he was doing. He added longer lag bolts, tightened and adjusted the springs, fine-tuned the tracks, and more. He even left helpful stickers on the door and inside my home so I’ll remember who to call next time (which is perfect, because my memory could use the assist!). The tune-up ended up being a bit more than I expected when I originally called, but it was extremely thorough and came with a 1-year warranty on the parts and work, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be sticking with Plano Overhead Garage Door!
