  We are very fortunate to have had Mr. William Gardiner from Mister Sparky visit our home. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. Genuinely concerned with our electrical safety, the first thing he did was to perform a thorough safety inspection of our 36 year-old home. The inspection was a very educational experience, as he dedicated a great deal of his time explaining his recommendations to us. These recommendations included a circuit breaker panel rejuvenation, installation of a surge protector, and installation of GFCI outlets in our wet bar, all of which was completed yesterday at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with William’s work and now sleep better at night knowing that our home is safer. I also want to add that William is very personable and friendly, with a great sense of humor. This has been a most pleasant experience for us, and we highly recommend Mister Sparky (especially Mr. William Gardiner) to others without reservation.

  Jamieson was AMAZING! He was professional, informative and knowledgeable. I felt so confident with his expertise. He installed a surge protector; provided rewiring to relocate a water heater from my attic to the garage and convert it to electric all in preparation for the plumber. He also installed a new light fixture in my walk-in closet and set my family room fan to a new remote. Next time I need service I will request him personally. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

  Garrett did an outstanding job as the electrician assigned to my home today. He was punctual, professional, and extremely respectful of my space — wearing shoe covers throughout and always asking permission before proceeding with any task. He clearly explained his understanding of the issues I reported, performed a thorough inspection, and provided transparent repair estimates upfront. His conduct came across as honest and aboveboard, and the quality of his work left me completely satisfied. I would gladly recommend Garrett for any electrical repair needs.

I had a breaker tripping whenever my dryer was connected in my new house. Their tech showed up and insisted they needed to do a "thorough diagnostic of the wiring," quoting me $670. Turns out, the issue was a very common, minor fix with the dryer itself: I just needed to swap the green wire to the white wire, and now it works completely fine. Definitely not recommended. They are a massive rip-off, and I would give them -1 stars if Google let me!
