  I had a clog drain in upstairs bathroom sink. Austin took care of it in no time, and explained the things he did. He is very courteous, professional, and respectful. The only thing that i had a minor issue (not with his work), is the misleading info in milestone website regarding clog free assurance of 1 year. Austin told me he will pass this info to the management and as far as he knows, the warranty is for 30 days. No biggie! I'd love to join Milestone membership program as soon as my similar membership is over with another company. Thank you Austin and Milestone for providing an excellent service!

  Kevin Clemente came out for our HVAC maintenance yesterday, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, what he found, and why it mattered. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood the condition of our system before he left. On a personal level, Kevin's kindness meant even more. We had just received personal bad news, and Kevin treated us with genuine compassion and respect during a difficult time. That type of customer service is rare and says a lot about the kind of person he is. It's easy to tell Kevin takes pride in his work. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, and left us feeling confident that our HVAC system had been exceptionally well cared for. Thank you, Kevin, for not only doing an outstanding job but also for showing kindness when we needed it most. We truly appreciate you! ----- Brian Miller recently came out to complete some warranty work on our water heater, and the experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and completed the work efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and he made sure the job was done right before leaving. It's always reassuring to have a technician who is knowledgeable, respectful, and takes pride in their work. We appreciate Brian's great service and would be happy to have him back for any future needs.

  Quick, professional and friendly service is exactly what we received from Milestone. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. I called Monday night and Kevin got me an appointment for Tuesday mid-morning. James arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and provided a quick diagnosis of the problem. It required Matt to then come out in order to give me estimates to best fix my problem. He was very thorough and provided me all of the information as well as time and space to make a well informed, no pressure decision. The house was getting very hot by this point, 3 days without AC in Texas June, so he also called Luis to bring us 2 portable AC units so our children could safely and comfortably sleep that evening. Luis, again, was very kind and professional, installed the units without issue. The next morning, Alejandro came out with his partner to start installing the new unit (furnace and compressor). They did an excellent job and our home is cooling down again! Thank you to the entire team for getting us back up and running.

  Cody Roberts is an ultimate professional, transparent, honest, and totally focused on the homeowner’s needs. 6/29/26 From the moment Arturo Moreno arrived at my home, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answered all of my questions, his attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to doing the job right were evident throughout the entire service visit. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Arturo exceeded my expectations. He represents Milestone with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for the customer.   We had two faucets that needed replacing and under sink plumber to look at. Jake Jackson did a thorough inspection and discussed every option we had. Knowing full well that our hastily flipped house would have problems that needed correcting down the road our bathroom sinks turned into a correction project. What was thought to be a simple faucet swap turned into a complete redo of our faucets, under sink faucet plumbing, and in wall vent. While this would stress out any person wanting a simple fix, Jake walked us through and educated us on every step and gave us explanations for everything that needed to be done. He was highly professional and did an awesome job. My husband and I know that we will not have any surprise problems down the road with the sinks. Thank you Jake for taking in the 8+ hours it took to get it done in one day! Milestone has always taken the best care of us and we more than highly recommend them especially Jake for plumbing needs.
