  I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come to my home after receiving a notice of a continuous leak issue. I had the pleasure of working with Roger in my problem. He was timely, professional, and had a line of constant communication so I knew exactly what was happening and when. At no point did he try any scare tactics or try to oversell me on service. He also made himself available to me during times where he was not technically working, but addressed all my questions and concerns. I am thoroughly impressed by Roger and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and have 0 regrets selecting them. If you are in need of service, look no further.

  First time using Benjamin Franklin plumbing and the experience went very well. I had a very clogged shower drain and was able to get an appointment the same day. Jonatan arrived on time and quickly shared with me what he needed to do. He cleared the clog and was very nice to explain everything he did. I will contact them again the next time I have a plumbing need.

  Late at night during our recent much needed Dallas rain storm I was alarmed to find water dripping across my bedroom ceiling, leaking onto my bed and floor. I set up pans and covered all I could with plastic paint sheets I luckily had and popped the bubbles formed from water weight on ceiling to reduce pressure. I thought it must be a leak in my roof( not known to leak) and worried about the long, rainy night ahead. I needed help but what (ceramic tile) roofer would be out on a roof the next day in this. In desperation, I then called Ben Franklin because my daughter loves them and they have 24 hr service. Perhaps they could advise me.The young lady who answered my call was great and although we both thought it was probably a roof leak she said a plumber could be there at 8am, rule out plumbing and certain HVAC issues and narrow down for sure if roof leak was the cause. I moved to another bedroom and after a few hrs. of fitful sleep a well-dressed, smiling plumber, Ben Masquelier arrived promptly and after hearing my story and agreeing that since I have both my recent HVAC systems under warranty and regularly checked, and with all the rain, it was most likely in the roof but he told me he would check all related areas that a plumber’s license allows and sprinted up the attic stairs. As soon as he turned on the attic light I was shocked to hear- “Found it.”I scooted up the ladder , no easy task at 78, to see the enemy face to face. The primary condensation line was backed up and the pvc pipe had not been glued closed (mandatory)so water was dribbling from the connection onto the floor of my attic and finally into my home. He then explained their 3 month warranty and that all their plumbers are licensed and I am now a very happy Ben Franklin client, as well as my daughter Denise, who will definitely ask for Ben Masquelier on my next call. Btw-I looked my repair up on line and found that this is a pretty common occurrence. Make sure your primary condensation line has been securely glued and the pipe cleaned out by either HVAC or Plumber as ceiling/water repair is expensive .

  Patricia Malemes here. I’m always pleased and confident when I hire Benjamin Franklin. Every single plumber that has come to fix anything in my house has always done a wonderful job. They’re polite and knowledgeable and very respectful. Like to give a special shout out to James Peden who has been to my home three times in a row and I appreciate his patience and thoughtfulness.

  If I could select more than 5 Stars I would. We had Benjamin Moore replace our old cast iron drainage under our house. Ben Adams was the lead plumber and he had assistants each day. All were outstanding. We have used Ben Franklin for over 20 years. Ben is absolutely the best plumber we have ever had the opportunity to have. His communication skills are superb. He explained how the service would be done and answered every question we had. And once the process started he kept us aware of progress being made. If I could request Ben on future calls I would.
