  Ben Masquelier did an excellent job on replacing my new widespread faucet due to a slow leak on the hot water faucet side. He was patient and waited for me when I had to go back to the decorative hardware place to pick up a part that was missing in the replacement box. I would definitely request Ben again for future plumbing services.

  Anthony Clawson came to my home late on Friday night and fixed the problem! I had family arrive that afternoon for a long weekend and the kitchen sink was going to get used a lot! I discovered the last early Friday evening, called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Anthony hustled over, diagnosed and solved the problem, and the family weekend was a great success. Anthony was professional and friendly. I am a very happy Benjamin Franklin customer! Thank you, Anthony!

  Mike Pack is a seasoned pro. I have a copper water line on an outside wall that is subject to freezing (and bursting). With Mike's expert counsel, we decided to replace that line with PEX pipe, which expands when it freezes instead of bursting. Mike determined the best places to cut the copper line, top and bottom, and he attached the PEX pipe with connections that should last forever. We decided to access the wall from the outside, and Mike even had available a brick and mortar guy who could handle the brick removal and replacement. I am very satisfied with every aspect of Mike's service.

  A good job deserves a goof review. Courteous and Competent personnel that provide excellent service from initial contact thru completion. Plumbing services are "Very Reasonable". Technician arrived within the scheduled estimated time. I explained the plumbing problem. Technician thoroughly inspected the issue and provided an estimated time and cost to fix the plumbing problems associated with the leaking toilet. We agreed on the cost. Technician completed the necessary work with parts replacements-with no additional associated costs or labor on time. Work area was cleaned. The completed work included a 2 year warranty! Invoice included details of the job and cost with warranty. Future plumbing considerations will be with question, Benjamin Franklin. They did the job, no additional selling, inspections, contracts or promotions just a Thank You and hope to see you again for any of your plumbing concerns.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Aren’t Enough! Atmos discovered a gas leak outside my home on a Thursday morning and immediately shut off my gas. My regular plumbing company couldn’t even come out to perform a leak test until the following Monday—almost five days later. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they had Mike Pack at my house that same day. Mike located the leak, determined that a new gas line was needed, and immediately began coordinating everything. He scheduled a dig crew for Saturday morning and originally planned to return Sunday to install the new line. When the crew finished digging early enough on Saturday, Mike came back that same afternoon and installed the line rather than making us wait another day. Mike kept me informed every step of the way, coordinated the city inspection so we could get our gas turned back on as quickly as possible, and arranged for the dig crew to return and backfill the trench. The entire job was completed before my regular plumbing company would have even been able to come out and perform the initial leak test! Mike Pack was thorough, responsive, informative, and extremely professional. There should be more than five stars available for Mike Pack and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I highly recommend them!
