  I had an outstanding experience with Ben Masquelier from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing⁠! From start to finish, he was the definition of professionalism. He quickly unclogged my son’s bathroom sink and repaired a leaky faucet in our guest bathroom with skill and efficiency. What really stood out to me, though, was Ben himself. He was incredibly down-to-earth, with a warm smile and a genuinely kind, honest demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Instead of trying to upsell me on expensive services, he took the time to offer practical advice on how to properly maintain our drains and help prevent future issues. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. It’s refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride in both his work and the way he treats people. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Ben again for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice plumber. Five stars all the way!

  Just the best plumber: cordial, competent, knowledgable, generous, clear, and expert in what he does! The company is easy to schedule with, fairly priced, reliable. My next plumbing problem will be with Benjamin Franklin and Ben. Thank you so much for doing a great drain line replacement job!!

  This is the 3rd time I have used Ben Franklin plumbing. Johnny and Kai were so great and professions when replacing my condensation line from my AC and they were able to do it without displacing Sheetrock! They also replaced 2 spigots which were very old without having to remove brick!! Their colleague Colby had been at the house the day before for diagnosis purposes and was equally as professional and kind. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was okay! I’m very happy with this team! Very kind and professional!

  We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom at the pull faucet and cartridge. I made a temporary repair, however didn’t feel comfortable with something that was not 100% fixed with any water upstairs. Called Ben and was scheduled the next day. Ben was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! He was quick, thorough, and extremely professional. He knew my concerns, was able to identify we had a larger problem with the valve. He updated me with the costs at every step of the process. Decision to replace everything was a made, and he responded the next business day ready to go! Started at 8:30am and was done by 10:30am. Ben took care of my home, kept it clean and was an example of how we should feel having service done at our home. I will absolutely call and request Ben again when the next plumbing challenge comes up. Highly recommend him!!!
