  Carlos came out today to perform an annual maintenance on both of our a/c units. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that I received from him during his visit. He was very thorough in checking our equipment and explained everything that was completed, as well as described a few other concerns we will need to address on one of our units. I appreciate the service I received and would recommend Bacon to family and friends.

  Josh Baker was great! He showed up to my home provided me with all the steps during the time ups to my units, also gave me some great recommendations on what was needed to be replaced. One thing I liked was his personality and he was not pushy in selling the product options. I will request Josh to handle all of my AC and HVAC needs going forward.

  Randy was excellent at problem solving providing my husband and I relief that his expertise providing us immediate comfort in the heat of the day. He was able accommodate our needs answering questions as well as educating us on how manage our thermostat. He is Amazing! Thankful he was able to replace the part with out difficulty.Mahalo ago Randy👍

  Cole was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how he explained everything in layman’s terms, which made the process feel much less overwhelming. I never felt pressured regarding the recommended or optional services, and that made the experience even better.

  We had a great experience with Brandon and would absolutely recommend him. He was attentive from the start, took the time to really understand each issue, and approached everything with a problem-solving mindset. Instead of quick fixes, he made sure every repair was done properly and thoroughly. What stood out most was his honesty—he explained what needed to be done, what didn’t, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. He handled every issue efficiently and left us feeling confident that everything was taken care of the right way. Overall, very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We really liked him and will definitely be using him and Bacon again.
