    Koa arrived on time & immediately began my sewer inspection. He checked all of my interior drains to make sure that none were draining slow. At the same time, he examined all of my under-counter pipes for possible leaks. Lastly, Koa located my exterior clean-outs. He did a camera inspection of my underground sewer system thru all of those cleanouts. He showed me where both clean-outs were located. Koa was friendly & very professional. He did a great job & left his work area spotless.

    Chris came out to our home on 6/30/26. We are interested in a whole home water filtration system . Chris did an excellent job explaining everything. What I found most impressive is that he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. So far Bacon Plumbing has offered the best price. And the customer interaction is great.

    5 star company. I am a 1st time home buyer and I just had Joe from bacon come out to my home today and perform my routine septic inspection. He was great! Very knowledgeable and informative. He explained how since I’m a 1st time homebuyer I should take advantage of all the service bacon actually has. He explained how they can handle my electric, hvac, and freshwater plumber issues. Being a new homeowner this was such a relief to be able to have one company handle all my home needs. Can’t wait to have the other departments out. Everyone loves bacon :)

    3⭐️’s for Bacon 5 ⭐️’s for Lupe Garza I am only knocking off 2 stars because it took them over 10 hours to get to us. I called to get a more exact time after we waited 6 hours and I got an AI dispatch. Hoping for an outcome and a call back, that did not happen. She kept telling me the technician would call or text 30 min before the would be there ( that dies not tell you if you will be cooled off anytime soon). I texted them and called twice but because it was after hours AI told me they would get back to me the following day but my appointment was not canceled or changed so there was still a chance a technician would be coming today. Fast forward to 8pm and I got a call from Lupe Garza a technician saying he was on his way and would be there in 45 min. Lupe was polite, efficient, and quick. He figured out what was wrong quickly and was able to get us back up and running within the hour. By 9:30 our house was starting to cool off (our house was back into the 70’s by midnight). My children started peeling themselves off the floors away from their fans and moving about the house. Lupe was great! He drives over an hour to get to our area from where he lives and still shows up with a smile and actually cared about the situation we were in. Lupe is always welcome at our house and Bacon should be proud that he is the face their customers get when Bacon arrives. At 23 years of age he is more professional and polite than many men 3 times his age! He saved face for Bacon after being in the heat for that many hours with no update or communication from dispatch. We will continue to use this company as long as they have great men like Lupe serving their customers! Lupe earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars on his visit! Bacon dispatch you need to be more proactive on communicating with your customers before you shut down for the day, AI is not as officiant as you think she is.

    Bacon flooded my house (and admitted fault) and then after telling me they would take care of everything referred me to their insurance who will not pay out for expenses until the very end. This is a complete rebuild (95%) of my house and complete loss of items. They said they would take care of us, and yet, we are left having to pay out of pocket. This displacement will last 4-8 months where all my bills are still due AND I have to pay for alternate living and new things. (Note they only gave us $1889 and a $500 gift card at this time and then told us we were SOL) Their communication is awful. I will never recommend them considering they had the chance to do the right thing and instead choose to let us drown.
