  I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Montell with Bacon Plumbing. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. Montell took the time to thoroughly inspect all of my faucets and my hot water heater, carefully explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He introduced himself professionally, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful maintenance tips that I truly appreciated. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Montell exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bacon Plumbing and especially Montell for anyone looking for honest, thorough, and professional plumbing service.

  Found some mold behind the drywall in the bathroom, but since it wasn’t wet at the time could not identify the source of the leak. Bobby came out at first and helped test all the out lines of the house, but when he needed help with testing the intake lines another tech was dispatched a few hours later. He was able to give an educated guess that the problem was neither the intake or outtake lines of the house, but a leak in the vent stack from the roof. Since it hasn’t rained in two months, that would explain why it wasn’t damp where the mold was anymore. He said he wasn’t certified to work on the roof and would leave that to another group but I ended up taking the hose onto the roof to simulate rain, and what do you know, he was exactly right about the vent stack leak. All of this ended up costing me zero dollars but was a super efficient and professional experience and so I’ll definitely be calling Bacon first next time! Highly recommend.

  I was really impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail that Casey exhibited during his visit to replace a failed capacitor. He was thorough in all his checks and replaced the capacitor and got us up and running. That was all business…but the thing that I felt was the most impactful was that when he called, it was a little after 9pm…being late on a Saturday, I’d imagine that calls that late into the evening could typically be postponed until the following day…but when I told him that this was for our upstairs unit where the kids sleep, he seemed to go into “dad mode” and locked it in to get the issue fixed ASAP. So, it was that bit of “human connection” that resonated with me.

  Hector was extremely professional and helpful the whole way through. The same goes with Bacon's overall responsiveness and customer service. They figured out the problem within 30 minutes and got the part I needed and fixed it within 2 hours. Also provided great feedback on what I need to do moving forward. I will not be working with anyone else. These guys are the real deal.

  I can not even begin to enough accolades to Stormy and the Bacon company as a whole. Wish i could give 10 stars to both. As a single female you are always worried that things you aren't familiar with leaves the door open to be gouged for money. I did not have this feeling for even 1 second. He is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. Not to metion he is one of the kindest people i have ever met! Just an exceptional human! Bacon forever has my business and as many referrals as i can possibly give. THANK YOU!!!❤️
