  Justin Kilgore of Adis Electric came to our home, accessed the non-functioning electrical power issue and fully outined the necessary steps to get the problem identified and repaired the next morning. Justin made special efforts to get contact with Oncor to speed-up the process of getting the power turned off promptly this morning so that he could make the necessary repairs to our meter base system. Justin is to be highly commended for his extreme knowledge, professionalism and full commitment to getting everything lined-up with the proper sources for city of Plano inspection and Oncor to get to very promptly get the electrical power fully functioning to our home again. I cannot say enough great things about Justin and I will refer him and Adis Electric to as many home owners in North Texas as I can.

  Adis installed a new breaker box along with surge box and emergency box. He was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to explain other home things to me. I very much appreciate his kindness and knowledge. Him and his team were wonderful. We will continue to use Adis in the future!

  We hired Adis Electric for a major electrical service upgrade at our new home in Plano, TX, and couldn't be happier with the experience. They relocated our electrical panel from an indoor closet to a new outdoor Siemens panel, converted our service from overhead to underground, installed a new meter base, added whole-home surge protection, and upgraded the grounding system. They also handled all coordination with Oncor and the City of Plano for permits and inspections, making the entire process seamless. The work was completed on schedule, passed inspection without issue, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend Adis Electric for anyone needing professional, reliable electrical work.

Their team made every effort to ensure my comfort and were very respectful of my time, property, and budget. The experience was top-notch, and I was confident that the work was completed to a high standard. Given the importance of electrical work, it was reassuring to see the project executed professionally. The updates included a new 200-amp EV-ready electrical panel, emergency service disconnect, whole-home surge protection, an updated grounding system, a dedicated hot tub circuit, and generator backup connection.
