  Adis installed a new breaker box along with surge box and emergency box. He was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to explain other home things to me. I very much appreciate his kindness and knowledge. Him and his team were wonderful. We will continue to use Adis in the future!

  We hired Adis Electric for a major electrical service upgrade at our new home in Plano, TX, and couldn't be happier with the experience. They relocated our electrical panel from an indoor closet to a new outdoor Siemens panel, converted our service from overhead to underground, installed a new meter base, added whole-home surge protection, and upgraded the grounding system. They also handled all coordination with Oncor and the City of Plano for permits and inspections, making the entire process seamless. The work was completed on schedule, passed inspection without issue, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend Adis Electric for anyone needing professional, reliable electrical work.

  Adis was a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly about the scope of work and set realistic expectations from the outset. Their team made every effort to ensure my comfort and were very respectful of my time, property, and budget. The experience was top-notch, and I was confident that the work was completed to a high standard. Given the importance of electrical work, it was reassuring to see the project executed professionally. The updates included a new 200-amp EV-ready electrical panel, emergency service disconnect, whole-home surge protection, an updated grounding system, a dedicated hot tub circuit, and generator backup connection.

  Adis and his team were incredible! I first gave them a call during the winter when our AC and heating went out. Adis immediately came to our house and helped us resolve our problem. He knew we had kids and didn't want our family to be without heat in the cold. He then helped us identify other severe issues with our house. The biggest issue was that our control panel was burning and needed to be replaced (before and after photos for reference). This was a huge safety hazard that we needed to address, and Adis made sure we were properly informed, educated, and comfortable throughout the whole process. He and his team were all excellent and we would highly recommend going with them. They were thorough and we've had peace of mind since they completed their service. You won't regret it!

  I had a strange and unpleasant experience with Adis electric. Incidentally, the owner himself was dispatched to my home, which made the encounter that much worse. From the start, he showed little to no interest in actually addressing my electrical issue -- power loss affecting the entire upstairs and another part of the house. Instead, his first priority was to discuss the $69 service fee, emphasizing that it only covered his visit to my house and would not be applied toward any actual work. You could tell that this was very important to him. When I showed him the panels I suspected were related to the outage, he didn't even open them. Instead, he focused on taking pictures and pointing out unrelated issues, giving the impression that he was more concerned about liability than resolving the problem. He also mentioned that my meter was missing a tamper-proof seal. When I asked if I should contact Oncor, he scoffed, muttered something about a $5,000 fine, and wished me "good luck." At that point, he still hadn't touched a thing before bringing up additional charges on his iPad -- another $281 just to diagnose the issue, with no portion of that amount applied toward any repair. We are talking $350 before any work is done. I ultimately paid the $69 just to end the visit. It was clear to me that this business prioritizes profits over actually helping customers resolve their electrical problems. I called someone else and it ended up being a simple tripped breaker that was causing the issue. Oncor also added the seal with no issue.
