  Thank you for sending Brian S out. I don’t think he was very optimistic about the job we had, and after he left, we never received any follow-up communication or a quote. We ended up going with another company, and they’re coming on Tuesday. I understand this was a unique and somewhat unusual situation, but I feel the customer service and communication could have been better. Even a quick update would have been appreciated. Thank you, and best wishes for positive interactions with your future customers.

  I texted with, apparently their AI chat, but who said they were sending somebody to come fix my sink in the morning. They said they would wave the $75 estimate fee. Next morning they called and said that was not the case and it would be $215 for one hour to repair it. Not good.

  I had the pleasure of having Steve as my handyman, he was professional, transparent, but most of all so friendly and easy to talk to. He repaired some kitchen drawers, a dent in my wall, and two shower doors, the price was very reasonable and the service provided was impeccable, I was very impressed with how organized the company is and I will continue to use Ace Handyman.

  I contacted them after doing a lot of research on handyman services. I needed a reliable company with decent prices and can work closely with me. The staff was very helpful in setting up the quote and was able to communicate by text since I can't hear on phones very well. The technicians came today to help me change lights and they did a great job doing so. They did all the changes in less time than originally quoted but didn't rush so the quality of the work remained high. I'm satisfied with their work and will be using this company for future minor maintenance projects.
