We ended up going with another company, and they’re coming on Tuesday. I understand this was a unique and somewhat unusual situation, but I feel the customer service and communication could have been better. Even a quick update would have been appreciated. Next morning they called and said that was not the case and it would be $215 for one hour to repair it. Not good.
