  I do not know how they do it but the job was completed in a timely manner and they sent a plumber out the last day to finish up any loose ends

  Communication is not their strong point. I had no idea which day they would be working or what they would be doing. This made it terrible for planning. The workers that were digging left lots of trash in my yard and did not clean up until the very end. I trust that the work was quality work since they were highly recommended.

  Headline: Unreliable and irresponsible—canceled 1 hour before appointment I highly recommend avoiding Accurate Leak & Line if you have any kind of timeline to meet. We are on a strict time limit regarding our foundation repair and booked a hydrostatic pressure pass/fail test with them a week in advance for today, May 22nd at 1:00 PM. At 12:00 PM—literally one hour before the scheduled time—they called to tell me their technician couldn't make it. To make matters worse, their next available appointment is 10 days away. When I asked why we were being forced to wait nearly 10 days due to their cancellation, they told me they are a small company, short-staffed, and the technician called out for vacation or sickness, making June 1st their earliest availability. Leaving a customer stranded at the absolute last minute because of inadequate staffing is incredibly irresponsible. Being a small business is no excuse for zero backup planning, and they showed an absolute lack of regard for the tight scheduling constraints of a major home repair project. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advise others to look for a more dependable company.

  Accurate Leak and Line did a great job on replacing my cast-iron pipes. I had 4 estimates and they beat everyone. They gave me 3 options for the repair and I couldn't be happier with the work they did - and when they were finished, they cleaned everything up as if they were never there! I highly recommend them!
