  Our church had a roof leak for years that caused some bad damage to the walls in our sanctuary. Kolt came out to check out the leak and got right to work. A couple weeks later during a storm he checked in with me to see if everything was good, and I told him we still had a small leak. He came right back and fixed the rest of the problem, and now our leak is finally fixed, and we were able to repair our wall. Excellent and friendly service from these guys with great follow-up. Thanks!

  I'll confess I went into this expecting the worst. We were selling our house, the inspector flagged the roof as probably needing replacement, and all I could see was a closing date barreling toward us with a hole in the middle of it. Tye Roofing is the reason that turned out to be a non-event. Kolton came out, looked at the roof, and confirmed what the inspector suspected. From there he took the whole thing off my plate. When we reported the damage, Tye showed up to walk the roof with our insurance adjuster (which I did not know was a thing you could ask for, and now I'd never do it any other way). When the insurance company made a small error in the claim, Kolton handled the entire supplement submission himself. It was approved, we got the corrected, higher check, and I never filled out a form. Then they did something I still think about. They started work before the first insurance check had even arrived. When they finished, they reported directly to the insurance company so our second check would be released. The roof was done well before our closing date, which meant the buyers moved into a brand-new roof right on schedule and nobody's real estate transaction went sideways. Kolton was ridiculously responsive the whole time. If I texted with a question or a hiccup, I had an answer almost immediately. Every time. And the roof looks great. If you're staring down a roof claim and dreading it, call Tye Roofing and ask for Kolton Owens. Ours could not have gone smoother.

  We had to have a roof fast. Tye Roofing was on it. They went above and beyond. Kolton worked way harder than anyone would have to get us taken care of. He fought for us and stayed in touch, always answering my calls and returning texts. He worked on Sunday as well. The crew they sent were extremely nice, courteous and professional.
