  If I could give more than five stars, I would give ten without hesitation. Gretchen Weber, the Community Sales Manager at Ashton Woods Homes, is hands down the most exceptional, dedicated, and genuinely caring professional we have ever had the privilege of working with. From the very beginning of our journey to owning our first home, Gretchen demonstrated a level of commitment, expertise, and compassion that went far beyond what anyone could ever expect. When we missed the closing on our first choice inventory home due to unforeseen technicalities and all hope seemed completely lost, Gretchen never wavered, never gave up on us, and never let us feel like our dream was slipping away. She immediately sprang into action, beginning the paperwork on a brand new construction home without missing a beat, and with her incredible wealth of knowledge and unwavering guidance, she made absolutely certain that we did not lose the initial $40,000.00 discount incentive we had been offered on the original inventory home. Not only did she preserve every single incentive in the new contract, but she also went above and beyond by securing an additional $25,000.00 in upgrades for our new home that were not initially included in the deal. As if that were not enough, Gretchen further negotiated an extra $10,000.00 discount to account for the extended time we had to wait for the newly constructed home to be completed. Throughout the entire process, she was completely on top of her game, calling us, reviewing every detail, and following up with us on an almost daily basis with feedback and critical information that helped us gather all required documents and items together seamlessly from start to finish.
