  Jesus, Joshua, and Moses did an outstanding job installing the wiring for my new Tesla charger and a new quad outlet. They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job without any issues. What really stood out was how professional and communicative they were. They explained every step of the work in detail, showed me exactly what they did, and provided pictures of the finished installation. Their attention to detail and clear explanations gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work. They were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If you need electrical work done, these are the guys to call!

  Jorge Garcia and Gus came to our home to upgrade our electrical box. Both of them were extremely courteous and kept us informed as they did a complete check of all of the outlets and connections. They were patient and answered any questions we had. They also provided cost saving options when we made specific requests. They also dealt with contacting AEP and the coordination with the city of Mission inspectors. They were very professional, and we are very happy with their work and we will use them again in the future.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The plumbing service was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and working perfectly.   On June 10, 2026, my water heater was leaking. I called for service and they send a technician. The price for replacing my water heater was $1,820.00. It was real expensive but I am a widow and didn't know what else to do. They replace it and the job was good. I asked for a receipt and they send me a Description of Work. I send an email for an itemized bill. I wanted to know exactly what they were charging for. NO RESPONSE. I called on 06-13-2026 and asked again. They told me they would pass on the request. NO RESPONSE. I called today 10-17-2026 again they said they would let the technician know and he would write one up. I don't know what eles to do. Can anyone help me with this request. I gave this review a 2 because of customer response to my request. Edited update: Angel, head of plumbing called and emailed a copy of itemized details of charges. He was very cordial and explained. I still think the labor and business expenditures is too high and a 2 star is warranted in my opinion.
