  Mighty Mike’s — Customer Service Dear Mighty Mike’s, I am writing in reference to the great customer service I received today from Stephen and Gus. They were both exceptionally nice, kind, friendly, and professional, and it was truly a pleasure dealing with them. I personally requested Stephen’s service because of his professionalism, knowledge, and excellent workmanship. I was even willing to wait several days if necessary for him to be available. His knowledge about his job is second to none, and the quality of his work is truly excellent. What makes Stephen even more special is that he does everything with genuine kindness and patience. Stephen and Gus are certainly assets to Mighty Mike’s, and I believe they should be commended for the outstanding customer service they provide. Employees like these are a reflection of what a company should stand for: professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and respect for the customer. Thank you, Mighty Mike’s, for having such wonderful employees. And a very special thank you to Stephen and Gus for your kindness, professionalism, and for making my day a little brighter.   We are so pleased with the work that Alex and Kobe did to keep our 8 month old water heater in top condition. Since we have a whole house water filtration system, I was worried about how long the anode rod was going to last. It’s a good thing we called before a year went by. The anode rod that was removed was corroding faster than expected! We decided to have it replaced with an electrical anode rod that will last without having to replace it for at least 15 years! Alex and Kobe got right to work, every step was explained and all our questions were answered. They also flushed the tank as part of the process. Even though we had very little sediment come out during the flush, I’m glad that was taken care of also. And that will be the only maintenance needed once a year for our tank. I’m so glad we called Mighty Mike’s. Just to show you how bad our anode rod was, I took a picture of it. Look up what an anode rod is supposed to look like and you’ll understand why we’re glad we had it replaced.

  Plumbers were here on time, had orders ready, climbed to the attic, fixed the water leak and they were done pretty quick! We are satisfied with the work they did and the explanation of the work they did. They expressed concern for the situation and the importance of getting it fixed. They are excellent professionals.   I’ve used Mike’s since I moved into my house back in 2014. It wasn’t a new build at the time so I knew it would have some repairs along the way. I’ve replaced my water heater and a leaky outdoor faucet, and they did some electrical work for me when I had a Tesla and wanted an in-home charger. This most recent visit was for a leak between the guest bath and bedroom. Not only did they repair the leak, they took care of the corroded copper water lines leading to the leak, those were in the attic. So all in all, I did an immediate repair and some “better now than later” repairs. Angel and Thomas were the service guys sent over. They were very professional, explained the work in detail and had plenty of pictures and videos showing the leak and all the repairs. They were careful inside the house too, wearing shoe covers. They gave me updates along which was great. I would definitely recommend Mike’s Plumbing & Electrical and if you get Angel and Thomas, you will be in great hands.

  We would give Mighty Mike's 10 stars, but Google limits us to only 5. The team completely overhauled our 25-year-old plumbing system after years of dealing with low pressure, corroded lines, and local plumbers who never showed up. It turns out the hot and cold lines had been reversed since day one, so their crew didn't just fix the degradation—they corrected original builder mistakes and got our home working better than when it was first built. We want to personally recognize each technician who worked on our project: • Jesse: Led the job, created detailed quotes, managed the main overhaul, performed precision soldering in tight spots, handled an emergency water heater replacement, and replaced all our previous mismatched pipes with 1/2” copper pipe and fittings. He also replaced a leaking plastic riser with a new copper riser and hose bib. Jesse kept the project running smoothly and stayed on top of every detail through the final days. • Moises, Jose, Taz, Godfrey & Tomas: Handled the heavy teardown, sewer line sweeps, cleanout install, fixture upgrades, angle stops, under-sink re-piping, new residential water cutoff valve installation, and the final smoke test. Whew! At the end of their third long day, Jose had already packed everything into the vans. Moises noticed something wrong with our AC line, went up into the attic, and discovered the drip pan was about to overflow. Jose immediately ran back to the van, unpacked their wet/dry vac, and got to work. After a brutal 3-day push, these tireless men saved our ceiling by vacuuming out a drip pan so full it required two full trips to empty completely. That is world-class customer service. The HVAC team came out next to address the underlying issue. Obed led the way and greatly impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. He and Caesar quickly removed, cleaned, and replaced the evap coils and blower motor—those parts looked brand new when they finished. They installed a new drain line that flows much better than the original drain line. We finally have full, steady water pressure and proper hot and cold water at every single sink and shower, along with total peace of mind for years to come. Truly an incredible team—thank you all for your hard work and professionalism! Thank you, Mighty Mike’s!
