  I hired an Ace Hardware technician to handle a dishwasher repair installation, but it turned into a complete disaster. Instead of telling me upfront that it was a warranty issue and advising me to contact Lennar the builder directly, the technician went ahead and charged me to attempt a fix they clearly weren't equipped to handle. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also performed reckless and unnecessary work—drilling directly into my foundation when it wasn't required at all. Lennar ultimately had to come back out to properly correct the installation under warranty. Paying out of pocket for a botched job, dealing with unnecessary structural drilling, and receiving poor service from Ace Hardware is completely unacceptable. Avoid their installation and repair services.

  Luciano Mendez came to my house to clean a space. The time for my appointment was not used up so he fixed an indoor door handle, repaired a missing door handle to my porch and repaired, or attempted to repair a leaky toilet. He was friendly snd respectful of my time.
