  I can't recommend Payless Cooling & Heating enough. They just replaced our entire HVAC system and the whole process was seamless. They are incredibly trustworthy—they gave us a really fair price and made sure we got the exact right size system for our home instead of trying to upsell us on something oversized. What really got me, though, was how thoughtful they were. Knowing we had to wait a couple of days for the install, they explicitly asked how they could help keep us comfortable while we waited. That extra step meant the world to us. If you need any AC work done, definitely call them. The whole install team was professional. Gary was the best!!!

  After my recent experience, I felt compelled to leave this review because great companies deserve recognition. Ryan from Payless Heating & Air came out to my home after I had concerns following another HVAC service visit. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, clearly explain what was actually going on, and answer my questions without pressure or scare tactics. What stood out most was the honesty. The issue turned out to be something much simpler than what had previously been suggested, and Ryan got our system back up and running without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or push expensive recommendations. In fact, there was no charge for the visit. This is not my first positive experience with Payless Heating & Air. Over the past 15 years, they have come through for me multiple times, and every experience has reinforced why I continue to trust them. Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable are words I do not use lightly when it comes to companies working on my home. At this point, Payless is the only HVAC company I trust and will work with moving forward. If you want someone who values integrity and truly knows what they are doing, I highly recommend them.
