  Needed to have all my drains cleaned out and Donnell came and provided all the information needed and got to work right away. He showed what caused the clogs and explained why before cleaning. He cleaned everything efficiently and was very professional for the entire process and wasted no time to complete the work. Would 100% recommend for anyone needing similar work!

  After noticing excessive dripping from an exterior pipe and standing water in my water heater pans, Epic scheduled a service visit the same day! The 10 year-old tanks were corroded and leaking from the bottom, so Epic priced out a repair package that not only covered the basic removal and installation, but new ancillary hardware and coverage. Dylan was top notch from start to finish, even diagnosing a manufacturer part that was defective, getting it replaced, and ensuring the project was solid and provided the correct hot water temperature thoroughout the house. This is the second job I've hard for Epic in the past couple years, and each one was performed with great communication (dispatch, Jake, and service techs) and excellent service. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. We appreciate the entire team, particularly Dylan on this visit.

  Epic Plumbing did an incredible job replacing our main water line after we discovered a leak underground. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely respectful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, were very patient throughout the process, and truly cared about doing the job the right way. Stephanie in the office was incredibly helpful and worked with us to get quotes that truly fit our needs. She made everything smooth and helped make a stressful homeowner situation much less stressful from the beginning because of her calm demeanor. Jonathan, our plumber, was also outstanding. He was so kind, professional, and an incredibly hard worker. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. What impressed me most was the cleanup afterward. Considering how much work had to be done, they restored everything so well that it hardly even looks like our yard was dug up at all. That level of care and attention to detail is hard to find. I would highly recommend Epic Plumbing to anyone in the area for any plumbing needs. Supporting a women-owned company that delivers this level of service makes the experience even better. They absolutely have a customer for life!

  Epic Plumbing - 5 Stars I'll be honest, when I noticed water bubbling up in my yard and my water bill starting to climb, I panicked. A busted main water line is not the kind of thing you want to mess around with, and I needed someone I could trust to come in and actually fix it right. I called Epic Plumbing and they sent out Jonathan Wetherell. From the moment he showed up, I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through exactly what was going on, what needed to happen, and didn't make me feel like I was just another job on the list. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely easy to talk to the whole time. What really stood out to me was how careful they were with my lawn. Replacing a main water line means digging, and I honestly expected my yard to look like a construction zone when it was all said and done. That wasn't the case. Jonathan and the team at Epic Plumbing were thoughtful about it every step of the way. The flooding is gone, my water bill is back to normal, and I can't say enough good things about the experience.   We can’t say enough good about EPIC! Stephen was great! He showed me the reason our drain piping was plugging and then gave a couple of solutions. We decided on which solution to proceed with. Daniel and his helper came after we decided which way to go and installed the drain piping from kitchen to the main line. He answered any questions I had as the project proceeded. They were efficient and worked well as a team. They had it installed and working approximately 4 hours. Also I would like to complement Stephanie for her help in managing this project. We also were happy with the excavation team. I recommend EPIC to anyone who needs plumbing help! Well done EPIC!
