  Donnelly was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and very friendly, my 3 year old kept wanting to ask him to play. He did an amazing job and I would definitely call Epic plumbing again. The fleet manager Jake did a great job of keeping me informed as well.

  Daniel did a great job of explaining the steps of the job and why some modifications were needed. Super fast and professional. Epic will be my go to plumber after several bad experiences with other companies.

  Jack and Reagan did a wonderful job installing a new water heater with a polyphosphate and a carbon-block filter. They wore plastic boots over their work shoes when inside. They were very polite and professional and finished the job in under four hours. Jack is very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to figure what is best for his customers’ needs. On top of that, Stephanie really gives good deals on the appliances. This is a local company and they do fantastic work at a reasonable price. They will be my go to for whenever I need plumbing work in the future.

  I had 2 bathroom sinks and the kitchen sink that were not draining, and a disposal to be replaced. Donnell and Johnny showed up early and quickly assessed the situation, providing me with several options and their costs. They were able to clear all 3 drains, do some minor repairs to the bathroom sinks, and change out the disposal within about 4 hours. I went with the hydro key option and my drains have never been so clear. I highly recommend Epic, as they are professional and reasonably priced.
