  Very happy with the work Jonathan and apprentice did our new faucets look beautiful I’m so excited . They cleaned up after themselves. as if they were never there. It was our first time using epic plumbing, but it seems like this company is very organized very professional, friendly, and accommodating. We will Deffinitely be Using an Epic for any and all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you Epoc 😁

  Everything was great - from initial call to install. My plumber, Stephen, did troubleshooting to determine my clogged kitchen sink was the result of a jammed disposal. I was provided 3 solutions. After I made my choice, Stephen replaced my disposal and answered my questions along the way. He was professional, efficient, and friendly!

  Tyler is the best of the best. He came to our house today to help us with our toilet issues and made suggestions on other repairs I had no idea about. Not only did he provide exceptional customer service and was very knowledgable, but was also very kind and easy to work with. Im one of those people that has a million questions and he answered all of them with confidence and professionalism. Will use this company again for the repairs that were completed well, but also because Tyler was FANTASTIC!

  Our toilet started to back up. We called and Donnell came out and ran a camera and a snake down the line. He showed us on the camera and explained everything he was doing. There was a clog near the street which he removed and we are truly grateful. We would recommend Epic Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber and we will use them in the future and request Donnell.

  We called Epic Plumbing to repair the bathroom sink drain which serves as the condensation drain for our residential HVAC system. Dispatch quickly sent Donnell Washington who assessed the condition and discussed three different options to deal with solid calcified deposits. I went with option B but felt the company was honest and forthcoming with me as a customer. Highly recommend Epic Plumbing. These guys rock!
