  They added on a charge after they did the labor without consulting first- they tried to charge me $650 to put my toilet and sink back in that they removed- they purposefully left it out of the quote which seemed sketchy. They did negotiate down to $350, but I still feel this was very unfair and shady. I would use another flooring company. If you do use them be very careful!! The work they did was fine though.

  Had luxury vinyl installed in 3 rooms. The team came in and completed install in one day. They were able to remove carpet and level floor easily. Install looked beautiful with no issues. The team cleaned up and put the furniture back. Would highly recommend Five Star. They have a great selection and good team.

  Mike, Sam, Alison, and Jennie are absolutely wonderful. I was a nervous wreck selling my home and they made my kitchen renovations easy and smooth. The work handled by their team on my granite counter top and subway tile back splash was beautiful! Thank you Five Star Floors for great work and will indeed use you again in my future projects.

  After a water restoration, the crews from Five star floors took the time to match my floors and did it with 100% professionalism. Honest company and I would absolutely recommend them.

  5 Star did a great job in my home and had the best price we found. We had a little under 1000 sq ft of carpet and marble torn up and replaced with a beautiful hickory wood. We also had our fireplace tile replaced with stone. All the sales people we dealt with were great. They allowed us to bring many samples home until we found exactly what we wanted. The job was done quickly and very professionally. The crew was friendly and accommodating. They were all singing and laughing during the job indicating to us they were very happy to be here and their happiness showed in their fabulous install. I never felt like they were rushing to get the job done as quickly as possible, I felt they took pride in their work and wanted us to be happy when they were done. The guy that did the stone on our fireplace is simply an artist. After the floor was down we found a piece of wood with a soft spot and they did not hesitate to send the crew back out to replace it. The crew expertly extracted the one bad plank and replaced it. We were so happy with the end results we referred 5 Star to my parents who also got wood floors put into their house. They were equally as happy as we are. Thank you Five Star!
