- LRLori RamirezApr 14, 20261.0They added on a charge after they did the labor without consulting first- they tried to charge me $650 to put my toilet and sink back in that they removed- they purposefully left it out of the quote which seemed sketchy. They did negotiate down to $350, but I still feel this was very unfair and shady. I would use another flooring company. If you do use them be very careful!! The work they did was fine though.

Mike came all the way to Katy to give us an estimate and we were very impressed with his professionalism and honest attitude. He measured things up, gave us an estimate that was less than the other big flooring company gave us. The installation crew was top notch and we are very happy with the whole 5 Star experience.

Mike and Tiffany were able to answer all questions and help me with my selections. The construction associates were all very experienced and professional. I can not be more satisfied with the finished project, and on time. 100% recommended.

Pearland 5 Star Floors gave us a good quote and they also got us the same vinal tiles we have for the rest of the house. The workers were very good and quick with their work. They also cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We will definitely get their services again for any future plans.
