Once Joshua Duran took the picture of my home he said it would be almost $300 to see what's the issue. He was also rude and kept cutting me off trying to upsell stuff i didn't need. Then he drove off and I get an email with estimates of stuff he didnt even look at.. This experience was truly unprofessional from start to finish.

- JRJason RobinsonApr 14, 20265.0Mason came out last Friday to replace the cartridges in two showers. He corrected the leak in both showers, however, a second minor issue was observed over the weekend. As soon as I notified 1-800 Plumber of the issue, Mason returned immediately to correct the problem and also cleaned a drain he observed was clogged at no charge. I would recommend his plumbing services to anyone.
