  So many frustrating and disappointing events. After getting the quote, got a phone call that the warranty on the previous work could not be found and therefore the cost would be increased by $8000. Received a revised quote after warranty was found, however, it still had a $2000 fee on it for not having the warranty. Toilet got plugged by one of the workers, had to get one of your plumbers here to unplug it. Police were called and threatened to give ME a ticket because your truck and Long trailer were parked in front of the house on my busy street, Police informed me after speaking to one of your project managers that they stated the work may need to be canceled because they couldn’t move the vehicle, even though tunnels were already dug. Pavers were removed and replaced, however with minimum to almost no paver sand, and regular sand was used in some sections, leaving other sections with no sand which is now resulting in shifting pavers and flooding. large tree root was left exposed and is a trip hazard and was initially told it would be taken care of and then I was told that the guy that leveled the house would contact me to resolve the issue, which never happened. I never received the hundred dollars per the coupon inserted into the envelope with the contract. I’m sure there’s a few more things I’m missing. It was an incredibly frustrating experience from beginning to end, and continues to be to this day.

  This company is trash, my mother used them a few years ago. Their selling point was their lifetime warranty. She started having the same problems a few years later. They show up and give her some BS about is being a different problem. Although the same cracks where opening up again. I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it.

  I am the listing realtor at a property that Du West measured approx. 18 months ago. At that time, they provided a map with measurements and a recommendation that *no* work was needed on the house. Fast forward, the buyer for the property had a very new foundation company come out this week and that company (not Du West) quoted for 15 piers and over $8k of work, providing no measurements and an inaccurate sketch of the property. Du West came out today and re-measured, showing the home had barely moved in 18 months and still recommended no work on the house. Du West was easy to schedule, communicative before and after the appointment, and provided professional quality paperwork to show the home was in good shape and was quite the contrast to the unreliable report from the other company. The buyer accepted the recommendation of Du West that no foundation work was needed due to the professionalism of Du West over the company they had hired themselves. Buyer and seller are both very pleased with this outcome. Thank you Du West for doing a great job even when you had nothing to gain!

  Peter, Javier, Jaime, and Erin just completed a difficult drainage problem I had. They did a phenomenal job going above and beyond my expectations!! Very seldom when I have home-related services done, I feel satisfied like I do now.

  Du-West is THE Company to work with, for your foundation repair. Superb from A to Z, from 1. the initial advisor discussions and estimate, to 2. administration of the contract, 3. the scheduling, 4. the constant communication, 5. the care for the existing plumbing and sprinkler system before and after, 6. the timely and professional handling and flow of the entire project (in our case hydraulically driven perimeter pilings with center steel reinforcements in 15 spots, 2 rootshield barriers), 7. the refilling and in 1 case re-cementing the work areas, to 8. re-measuring the leveling success and checking on sticking doors and wall & ceiling hairline cracks and 9. fantastic clean-up and 10. leaving the area in as good a shape as before, basically sums up our experience of a 4 day labor project that we are excited to have completed, and will surely refer Du-West to anyone who will ask us about it. Thanks so much to. everyone involved, from Adriel, to Jennifer, to Justinn, to Juan, to Alex and his fantastic crew, and Chris and the other 2 plumbing folks for the checks before & after.
