  Did not need foundation repair. Thank you for your honesty ! The only company out of the top Houston area foundation companies that would even look at my problem. The original problem was my door sticking. The problem, moisture had gotten under the floor. The Technician discovered this and it was not a foundation issue. It’s a flooring issue. A repair I can do myself. Thanks again to the Technician who honestly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution.

  Steve came out to inspect my home for foundation repairs. He was on time, friendly, respectfull and courteous, and took an excessive amount of photos throughout the home. After that, he took his measurements and then we sat to discuss his quote/estimates. 1. The piers he suggested were nearly double the estimates other premiun foundation repair companies estimates 2. With that said, the cost did not make sense. I showed him recent report from an engineering company, that suggested much less piers, but his response was he would get with his engineer to check his results and would get back with me. Well... that was over a month ago. 3. He gave me a list of references to call, who were all senior citizens, and mentioned they had all paid way more than what he was offering me. Because they were getting quality work. Overall, they did not keep their word and im glad Steve did not call me back. Based on my experience, i feel like they just wanted to make a quick buck and are looking for people (suckers) that are not educated on foundation repair work or will question what they are selling you. Take your time and get 4 to 5 estimates before making a final decision on who to use.

  Had an ac tune up done today and was very impressed. Michael Walters did an outstanding job from cleaning the entire unit and checking everything out to make sure it's running in top form. Extremely courteous and professional.
