He spent over an hour (free of charge) going through the home and outside. He explained the problem AND THE SOLUTION so well. Very personable and educated.
- NBN BurnsJan 11, 20215.0Calling Power Jack in Paris TX was the BEST thing I ever did. They shot foam that leveled our house however, due to a drainage issue the house became unleveled again. They fully backed their warranty and came back to fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about the staff (especially Jack, Jim, Alberto and Mason). Everyone is truly professional and treats you like you are their only customer! I wish all companies were as professional and caring as these folks are. If you have drainage issues or foundation issues I highly recommend calling them. They will not only fix your problem but do HONOR their warranty!

This is NOT good customer service. If they can't even show up for an evaluation and quote, what do you think will happen when they /if they start the job.
