- BMBrandon McGrawOct 10, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience with CC Rental in Paris, Texas. On Thursday, I called about renting a mini excavator and was quoted $300. The lady I spoke with specifically emphasized that it would be “$300 out the door.” I relied on that quote when making my plans because I had a specific window of time to get this job done. When I went in today to confirm my reservation, suddenly the total was $500 because I was told there was an additional $200 delivery charge. This wasn’t just an unexpected extra charge—it completely disrupted the plans I had made around the price they gave me. I had scheduled my time and the work that needed to be done based on being told the rental was $300 out the door. Finding out at the last minute that the actual cost was $200 more put me in a difficult position and potentially cost me the opportunity to get the work completed during the window I had available. If delivery was going to cost another $200, that should have been clearly disclosed when I specifically asked about the total price. Being told $300 out the door and then finding out it was actually $500 when I showed up felt like a bait-and-switch experience. Customers should be able to rely on the price they're quoted, especially when they specifically ask for the out-the-door total. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend CC Rental.

- FGForest GumpAug 25, 20251.0Machine we rented was stuck in Low Range and would not speed up. It wouldn’t steer very well at all, had no power to steer or turn the tracks. After reading the reviews on this; I decided it would be a waste of time to call and complain. We won’t be back. Took time off work, Spent a lot of money renting a skid steer, got very little work done with it as it was not working correctly. I’m not happy.
