- JPJERRY PATTON5 days ago5.0Austin did an excellent job when my HVAC broke down late one night. He was there at 9pm and worked till 1030. Unfortunately, the needed part was unavailable, but he was able to get the HVAC functioning until the part was ordered. He went way beyond the call of duty to make certain that I at the very least had some air conditioning going especially since the internal temp in my home had reached 90F. He is a very conscientious and diligent young man

He was professional and made the plumbing work again! He cleaned up and put everything back the way it was before he came, but better. Highly recommend!

Brian and Delano showed up from Tom's Mechanical, Inc. and got right to work. I thought that I would be without air conditioning for an evening but NOPE....we had a/c that evening! Brian and Delano showed the second day ready to do all of the duct work in the attic. After completion of the job, I was shown how to operate the system and to set it up to my home wifi so I can see what my new system is doing thru an app. I cannot wait to see the savings on the electric bill.
