  Kris did an outstanding job repairing my HVAC system. Arrived right on time, very friendly, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and completed repairs very quickly. Great service.

  There were 0 concerns with the tech that came out but he couldnt get any communication from his supervisors. I was quoted to clean extra things that amounted to around $600 without any freon. Waited about an hour and they could never provide a price for 407c freon. I called another company, they have plenty 407c, they will be on site today and gave me a price for the freon over the phone. I will probably never do business with Toms again, but its not because of the tech. He had 0 support from his leadership because they "were in meetings". I feel like im not getting a fair price on any of it. Paid $135 just to have you guys out and ultimately do nothing but read my temps and sit in his truck trying to call people. Yall need to get your stuff together. Again, ill never call Toms Mechanical, Inc for anything ever again. Id rather throw money out the window and watch it blow in the wind. Since i cant reply to your response.. my systme is not an R22 blend. Only 407c. If anything your reply even furthers the frustration i have with you. I will reach out when i have time but the lack of knowledge on your end is almost baffling. Its okay though, i already had another company come out, same day, and had no issues with them. Wild i had to wait a week for you to come out and do nothing. Seems like you are the type to sit behind a computer all day and not have any clue what is actually going on with your service visits. How could you? You were in meetings all day...

  While we use Tom’s heating and air (and they are excellent) this review is for plumbing. The expert they sent is Phil and he is fabulous! He is professional and highly experienced and VERY patient. His first visit was fairly urgent. My toilets were really old and he suggested we consider replacements. I know nothing about toilets. He gave me guidance on what to buy that would meet our needs. The original job was to replace 2 and relocate 2. It ended up all 4 needed to be replaced. It was hot, one was upstairs and he was on his own. It took all day and he hung in there and got it done and we are so pleased with his work and the new toilets. I highly recommend Phil and will definitely ask for him if I need helping the future. Thank you!
