  I had issue that I was worried about with my A.C. in the attic. A neighbor recommended Tom’s Mechanical because they are best HVAC company in the area. She was absolutely correct! Austin Dravetsky was the technician that was dispatched out to service my A.C. and he was very professional and knowledgeable. If all the Tom’s Mechanical technicians’ are just Austin, I know my HVAC system is in good hands.

  Updated - Leadership reached out and acknowledged the mistakes and apologized. That’s a good sign and makes me think this was likely an isolated incident. I wanted so bad to have a good experience with them. Local company locally owned great reviews. Unfortunately they no call no showed two days in a row! I had confirmed appointments both times and never heard from them. I just don’t understand how a company can talk about their service so much on their website and then just do the complete opposite??? So disappointed. Finally called at 12:07 to tell me tech was on the way. 👎. Declined. Can’t do business with a company that operates this way.

  Absolutely 5-star service from Tom’s Mechanical! Our AC went out on a Saturday night in 102-degree Texas heat, and they came out at 10 PM to get us taken care of. That kind of service is hard to find! Huge shoutout to Garrett, who was prompt, polite, professional, and honestly the perfect person for the call. He quickly figured out the problem, got our AC back up and running, and made a stressful situation so much easier. If you’re looking for reliable AC service in Arlington, I can’t recommend Tom’s Mechanical enough. Best AC service in Arlington! Thank you, Garrett and Tom’s Mechanical!

  We called Tom’s Mechanical because our air conditioner wasn’t cooling well and it had been a few years since we’ve had a tuneup. We got an appointment quickly. Kris Let us know when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He looked at our system and found we were very low on Freon and the vents/fins were clogged with debris as our unit sits amongst bushes and trees and we had not cleaned off inside the vents in quite a few years. He explained everything as he worked and topped off our Freon quickly. The difference was immediate. Kris was very pleasant and patient with explaining what he was doing. 100% pleased and 10/10 will use Tom’s again.

  Today was the first time for Tom's Mechanical to help me with my AC unit. Kris examined the fan assembly and recommended replacing it. For me that was the best long term solution. I have confidence in Kris and I await his return with my new fan assembly. Today, Kris returned and installed the new fan assembly and I am delighted with his work. The fan is quiet and smooth running. I highly recommend Tom's Mechanical for your air conditioning repairs.
