  I can't say enough good things about A Plus Shutters and Shades, Pantego! From my very first call with Manny, the owner, I was impressed. He came out the same day to take a look and just two days later the repairs were done. My plantation shutters have an unusual plastic rail system that had become weathered from the sun (it holds all the louvers in place) and I thought I might be facing the expense of replacing my shutters. Instead of telling me I needed new ones, they came up with a creative solution that saved me from having to replace them. I truly appreciate their honesty, knowledge and willingness to find a workaround. John and Alex were wonderful to work with. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. Great customer service is becoming harder to find these days and A Plus Shutters is a perfect example of how it should be done. I never felt pressured ... just genuinely cared for. Their workmanship was excellent and their friendly, positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. If you're looking for a company with integrity, outstanding customer service and people who truly care about doing the job right, I wholeheartedly recommend A Plus Shutters and Shades.   Manny and John were the most helpful people in the process of replacing shades on the windows in my home. They helped me make decisions about affordable options for replacement, and then the installment was done timely and with perfection. This is an outstanding company to work with!

  I can't even put into words my satisfaction with Manny. We had contacted Manny for a broken shutter. Although he could not help, Manny took the time to research the part we need, sent me the info and offered to put it in for us at no charge. Good people do exist! On top of all this, Manny was prompt to respond throughout the process.
