  I purchased a truck from your company on November 15th, 2024, and it arrived approximately a week and a half later. Upon arrival, the vehicle had to be taken immediately to a Ford dealership due to numerous serious issues, including: - Bald tires - No brakes - Blown-out shocks - Additional mechanical failures The truck remained in the shop from the day it arrived until **January 28th, 2025**. United Rentals paid the dealership over $12,000 in repairs, yet the truck is still not fully fixed. However, because I purchased this truck for work, I had no choice but to take it as is, even in its unsafe condition. Beyond these mechanical issues, I still do not have a valid license plate for the truck, and it is not legally registered in my name months later. I have been informed that this is due to United Rentals not paying the necessary taxes to Florida, which is preventing the registration process. I have also been spoken to and yelled at in an unprofessional manner by Keystone while trying to resolve this matter. I paid, i shouldn't be dealing with this. At this point, I have exercised patience, but the situation is unacceptable. I spent over $60,000 on this truck, and I am being left with an unsafe and unregistered vehicle. If this matter is not resolved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further. I need to hear from someone by tomorrow at 4 PM to provide a resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to involve the Attorney General and retain legal counsel. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably, but I will take whatever steps are necessary to protect my rights as a consumer. Please respond as soon as possible. Sincerely, Edwin Rhodes

  I have called 8 times and still has not been fixed we constantly have to jump it off. And it make stay running for 10 mins. Hydraulic leaks a problem. Trying to get a mechanic from Blue line to fix issue is like pulling teeth. They tell you there on the way and then just do not come out. Or when you call in to tell them there is a issue they say there going to have service call you back and they do not call back. I am being genuinely nice by giving them a 2 star rating.

  You should probably change your name to BlueLine Commercial Rental since you don't care to rent to individuals who don't have a business account.
