He went the extra mile by adding the date our RP filters needed replacing to the filters & even checked on a refrigerator filter (an on the spot request) to help us determine how to get the part we needed. All this with a gentle smile & a friendly attitude. THANK YOU National Heating & Plumbing! See you in 6 months for our routine maintenance.
- SSSergio SilvaJun 2, 20181.0Wasted 2 months of my time. No-showed, then lied repeatedly about the fact that he was "waiting on parts." I called every single week and got the same answer. He finally admitted he didn't know the manufacturer or where to order them. When I provided a website and phone number, which I could have done all along, his staff told me he was "too busy" to go online and order the parts, and suggested I COULD DO THAT, when I had no idea what needed replacing. This was after 8 weeks of the run-around, and 4 straight weeks of calling and being lied to. Not just unprofessional; out and out deceptive.
