  We found out the water pressure in my brother’s house in Lake Country Estates was significantly higher than normal and we also had a small leak where the water line from the meter joined to our house. We got three quotes and picked Schrader Plumbing since they have an excellent reputation and they had the best estimate for fixing the leak and replacing the 30+ year old water pressure reducer and back flow preventer. Plumber Casey Kimbler assessed the issue and came up with the plan and executed it efficiently and professionally. He had to dig up the pipes and equipment located in the front yard. The sprinkler system had to be reattached to the system properly since it had previously been hooked up wrong. Casey determined that problem in his assessment. He was the only plumber who did. The shortcut would have been to ignore fixing it. Overall we were very pleased with the work. By the way Casey took pictures of the progress as he worked and included pictures with the invoice. The final cost was as estimated. Excellent work.

  I had a major ongoing problem with a toilet in my rental house and after getting totally screwed by a contractor through my home warranty , I decided to find someone on my own I called Schrader plumbing and they had someone out there within 2 hours, Chris Burcham showed up and assessed the situation quickly and gave me my options and fixed it immediately, the price was reasonable for what needed to be done and the toilet is fixed! Thank you Chris for your professionalism , I give Schrader plumbing 10 stars!

  Had a pretty bad leak at our rental home with an outdoor freeze proof faucet. Called multiple plumbers with no answer or, "We can schedule you for next week?" But with the amount of water flow and puddling it needed to be fixed immediately. Called Schrader and they set me up for an appointment today. Trevor showed up, walked me through the issue, was open and honest about everything, and had our issue fixed in less than an hour. And the final price was less than I expected and they even had a military discount, (I am retired). Trevor was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional and if you are in the Keller area and do not want to hunt for a same day appointment for a plumbing emergency, and also want professional and quality service, Schrader Plumbing is your go to. They are mine now; make sure to ask for Trevor!

  We had a gas leak in our pool heater equipment. All the underground pipes had to be replaced. It was a big job! Christian with Shrader Plumbing did a great job! Christian and his team spent 2 days detecting where the leak was coming from and repairing it. He kept in constant communication with my husband throughout the job. He worked with the city as well on the permit and inspection, we had never used Shrader Plumbing before, the gas company recommended them. We definitely will use them again,

  I recently had a pipe burst under my front flower bed that flooded my yard. I called Schrader Plumbing, and my technician, Gabe, was able to quickly locate the break. The issue ended up being serious enough that I had to file an insurance claim, and Tom was also very helpful in walking me through part of that process. Gabe and his crew got everything repaired quickly so I could have water restored to my home again. I was really impressed with Gabe’s work ethic, attention to detail, and determination to track down the leak and get everything fixed in a professional and timely manner. I truly appreciated the level of care and communication throughout the whole process and would definitely recommend Schrader Plumbing.
