  Christian was great! He was perfectly in the estimated arrival window and very polite. He explained everything he was doing, and was extremely kind. He tried many different things to find my gas leak, and dedicated 3 hours to locating it. He was also very diligent on telling me how much everything would cost before doing the work, which I appreciated. The cost was a bit higher than we expected, but I felt like the quality of work and communication was worth it. Knocking down a star not for anything he did, but we did have an issue with payment. The leak was in the house we are moving into aka none of our important belongings were there yet. They charge a 3% credit card fee, which is fair, but I only had my credit card on me. I went to the bank to get cash, and the bill was higher than the max at the moment withdrawal allowed. Their new system could not split the payment. Christian was amazing and worked it out for us to pay with credit card without a fee, but the unnecessary back and forth with the bank was added stress after he worked on our gas lines for 6 hours. I think management should clarify forms of payment accepted when booking appointments, as this delayed us both from being able to go home. I would still use them again though!

  We called another company before Gabe came out and they turned down the job. This was a difficult leak on a really old trailer that is crumbling. So working conditions are also less than ideal to say the least. We are getting rid of the trailer shortly and didn’t want to dump a lot of money into it. He helped us come up with a solution that stopped the flooding without us spending a fortune. Gabe did a fantastic job. It was the best possible outcome for the situation. Would definitely recommend this company and Gabe.

  Shrader plumbing did a phenomenal job! They were able to get our commercial salon’s plumbing fixed after a terrible experience with another company. They also quoted us half the amount the other company quoted us. They finished this large job in only three hours. They also provided us with a free quote. Cody Smith went over and above for us, and I would definitely suggest them for all your commercial jobs. We look forward to working with them in the future when we install two more shampoo bowls!

  Schrader, and specifically Eli, was amazing! Our toilet tank broke at 10:30AM, I called our regular plumber and they couldn’t make it out for a few days so I called Schrader. Eli showed up within the hour and we had a brand new toilet installed by 2:30pm!!! Eli was very professional, clearly presented us with several replacement options and got the work done quickly. We will definitely be calling Schrader (and asking for Eli) next time we are in need of a plumber!

  John was able to help us install a new standing tube. We had to have our plumbing moved because the old tub was set at a weird angle. He cleared out the cement, replaced the pipes, adjusted the pipes to fit the new tub, replaced the hot/cold lines with copper parts and finally covered everything with a new layer of cement. After all that he installed and leveled the tub and installed our water pedestal. Fantastic job. My wife is elated. Me, happy wife, happy life. Please ask for John if you want the job done right!
