Woolsey Design Build

We are a design-build construction firm with locations in New Braunfels and Fredericksburg, Texas. Founded in 2006 and led by a team with 25+ years of construction experience, we have completed hundreds of projects, from resorts and banks to medical facilities, retail centers, restaurants, and multi-family housing. Most recently, we led the development and construction of Camp Fimfo, two family-centered outdoor resorts spanning approximately 650 acres in New Braunfels and Waco. These resorts feature nearly 1,000 rentable sites, waterparks, an Alpine coaster, and more. Our specialties include design-build services, land development, owner representation, project management, general contracting, and pre-construction coordination.
