  Had window world replace every window in my house. Called for a quote and they came. I did tell the guy giving us a quote that we planned on having our house foundation redone and if it would mess up any of our windows and he specifically said no. It will not mess up the windows. I was also told that there was a lifetime warranty. I was told if you're mowing the lawn and a rock hit your window and shatters that that is covered by your warranty. I was also told have a bent or ripped screen. Let us know we'll come out and replace it. That's part of your warranty. Have a leak? That's a warrant applied. So I was having a problem with one of my big windows so I called them out and he said oh it looks like there's some settling. I told him. Yes I had my foundation done. He goes rehanging. Your windows is not part of your warranty. I told him how I specifically asked my representative if my windows would be messed up when I did my foundation and told him how he was very adamant that it would not mess up my windows. So now I have to pay $500 to have my windows rehung. So I asked about the other items that they said were warrantable. I have a one-year installation warranty. Sure. I just found out yesterday that I get three service calls for the first 5 years and then after that it's $200 for them to come out. Screens are not covered. They're $50 each. A rock hits your window. Give him a call, but you'll pay for new glass. If I would have known that the reasons why I went with this company were all lies to get me to sign a contract and give them thousands of dollars. I would have found a different company. So make sure you get your warranty information before you pay them. Because all I got was a receipt. I didn't know what was under warranty and what was not. I'm very disappointed. Maybe the things that needs to be fixed in my house needs to come out of my salesman's paycheck and not my pocket. Because I specifically asked and he straight out lied. And what happened when I told the gentleman that was in my home checking my windows that that's what I was promised he just yep, that is not correct.

  Paige Love did a wonderful job. She walked us through the entire process and followed up prior and after the install. She went above and beyond during the sales process. Extremely pleased with the windows, the install timing as well as the main installer, Saul. Will definitely use again if we need more windows.

  Paige Love is a extremely informational, professional person who absolutely swept us away on purchasing window upgrade for our first home. I feel incredibly comfortable with our purchase. She needs to be promoted for the amount of work she puts in. I will definitely recommend her and window world to all my friends and colleagues.

  Paige is very courteous and professional in what she's doing, she patiently explained and demonstrated their window products, we're very satisfied and decided to install our new windows. When Stephen and Michael came for installation, they're also very kind and respectful, they completed the work in a quick and professional manner. We're greatly pleased with their work, and I will definitely recommend Window World for their service!
