  Morehead service company, (formally Two Brothers AC) have done a terrific job with our AC system. They have been extremely professional, courteous, friendly and overall a great company to work with. We did have some issues come up with a pipe that got loose, but they have done everything to fix it and correct the issue and I highly recommend them. Every person I’ve interacted with has treated me with respect, been friendly and just done an all-around terrific job and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate having an AC company that I can rely on.

  Had the pleasure of working with Joe for our ac services today. He came in, inspected the unit and addressed the issue quickly. He did a great job updating me throughout the process and keeping me in the loop about the repair that was needed. Super personable and efficient. Definitely would recommend Joe and his company to help with your ac needs!

  Our AC stopped cooling last night and I called Moorhead AC because they came highly recommended and they were able to send a technician out to my house today at 8am. Mathew Morales was my technician and he was prompt in getting here and getting right to getting the work done and he was also very kind and respectful too, and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use Moorhead Service company again.

  This company was incredible. I had done all the trouble shooting I could, but still felt something wasn’t right. I filled out an online appointment request at 8:40pm and I was called at 9:00 pm. They listened to my concerns, scheduled me for the very the next morning. Luis and Joe arrived and they were professional, listened to my whole story about our AC issues. Completely assessed the whole situation and went right to work! They came back told me my system was running fine, except for a draining issue and they showed me the unique setup of my drain pipes at the unit, and explained how to mantain the drains in the future. They cleaned the clog from the drain pipe, made sure the system was running correctly, showed me the diagnostic and the charge was very reasonable. They gave me an estimate on some future ductwork to be done that was reasonable too. We bought the membership to save a little more and have a year of free priority service calls and a heating and ac check up Great deal! Great company and great service! They will now be my go to company. .

  Totally Impressed! Javier was an amazing technician and thorough and explained everything he was doing ( even in lamens terms ) lol. I am very grateful for getting my Doggos, cat's and I back in a livable space and cooled down, quick and came working around my schedule as well as no high pressure sales pitch but recommendations on some service issues that should be addressed.
