  Two other companies can by and couldn't fix our HVAC. Joseph from Moorhead came by today. He spent the time to diagnose it correctly and fixed it on the spot. He spent the time to show me what was wrong and why. Then offered to fix it at a reasonable price with amazingly high quality work. Joseph is truly a master of his craft. I would ask to always send Joseph to help me with my HVAC needs.

  This company installed a new AC system in December. It was an outstanding service experience and they had the best price of 4 companies I had provide quotes for a system replacement. Today Joe M. did my service maintenance. He was very professional and customer focused. I highly recommend this company .

  I had another company “diagnose” our AC unit because it wasent working. They told us we had to replace the whole AC system and quoted over 6k. I reached out to Levy and they sent a tech same day to diagnose and ended up being just a clogged air filter. Joseph munera very professional and knows what he is doing highly recommen if you’re looking for a honest company and fast service

  Had what I deemed an urgent matter (AC not working). The team at Moorhead was friendly, fast and efficient. They were at my home in less than 6 hours from my original call. The technician Javier assessed what was wrong with my unit, gave me a few different options ranging from get it fixed to optimal. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or trying to be up sold. Told him what I wanted to work was completed that day. I’m grateful for the team and Mooehead

  Fabulous experience with Moorhead AC. When I first called I was told someone could come give me a quote in the next two days. Javier showed up that morning, sent a text that he was heading my way. Javier was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough job of checking out ALL aspects of the house in order to recommend the correct units. Showed his report, gave me price options, checked on equipment and set it up for install at 8:30 the next morning. A few hours later, I called their office and asked to speak to the manager with a question. Levi returned my call quickly. He politely answered my questions and welcomed me to their services. The next morning, I received 2 texts from Robert and Eric that they were on the way. They showed up at 8:30. Both, very polite, courteous and professional. They came right in to look at the work areas. Explained the process and got started immediately. I was extremely impressed with their expertise in the installation of the AC units. Very neat work from both technicians. They politely answered any questions I had during the process. They continueed a very thorough install, tested all equipment, finished up, cleaned up and wiped down all the new equipment. Handed me all paperwork and equipment that came in the packaging. I HIGHLY recommend Moorhead to everyone. I was very impressed with every person I talked to. A flawless experience !!! Thank you.
