  As a professional with the background in Facility Management, I deal with Maintenace vendors daily and appreciate quality service. Therefore, Moorhead deserves an excellent review. This company is my go to for all HVAC needs. They are honest, reasonably priced, and responsive. Their customer service is also exceptional especially when dealing with Trish. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional as well. I have had such a great experience with Moorhead over the years of them performing routine preventative Maintenance that I confidently chose them to replace my entire HVAC System at my home. Justin which is one of the owners personally QCd the work completed. He answered all of my questions and provided a comprehensive breakdown of all components the new system included. He also covered the annual Maintenace plan and warranty information. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and co-workers. Thank you!

  Clayton and Joe were a great team and completed our electrical jobs efficiently and with professionalism. They were helpful in answering our questions in the up front process and gave us a fair quote for the jobs. We used Moorhead Service Company to install a chandelier, add dimmers and outlets, and install LED lights in our upper glass cabinets. Everything was completed in one day and they were so clean that you cannot tell they had been here…except for the new and beautiful lighting we now have in our new home. Thanks Clayton and Joe!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Moorhead Service Company! Joseph was absolutely amazing to work with. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, professional, and truly a joy to work with throughout the financing process for our new AC unit. He took the time to answer our questions and made everything so easy and stress-free. Eric and Robert did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and very polite. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Joseph, Eric, and Robert were all fantastic! I would absolutely recommend Moorhead Service Company to anyone in need of AC services. Great guys, great service, and a great company! Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

  Joe was absolutely amazing! I had previously had a really bad experience with another tech company, and Joe completely turned that around. He came by, helped me get everything taken care of, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel dumb or like I should already know something. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely so helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help. Definitely a five star experience! Great company great people ❤️

  UPDATE! The repair was completed and our AC worked for almost 2 whole days. Then it took 2 days for this 24/7 company to get a tech out to fix the 2 wires that were left touching each other causing the unit to overheat and auto shut off over and over. I would also like to mention after the repair it seems very difficult to get in contact with this 24/7 company. I left a message that was not returned until the following day when attempting an emergency call, and when I called again someone answered then hung up on me. I have sent an email 4 days ago, 3 days ago, and again today with no response. ———————————————————————————— Joesph did a COMPLETE inspection to diagnose our AC condition. Another company before him didn’t even ask for the key to access the full unit! 🤯 Joesph was professional, polite, and patient! He even checked to see if we were still under warranty for us. The other company did not. We are scheduled for service this week, so I will update if we have any issues with the service team!
