  The Legacy Team(Garrett and the Installer Team led by Justin) did a very professional job installing our new HVAC system. Our Lennox system was working, but struggling to keep up with San Antonio heat and they were able to put in a new system the day after they diagnosed the issues with the existing system. Their level of effort, attention to detail(mats down while working and post-job clean-up) and timeliness were noteworthy. Jenn Arens was on top of the back--office support during the install and also after the install by providing the details we needed to submit for a CPS Rebate. Thanks guys and it's good to know that we have someone to call if we need support in the future. (We did not receive anything from Legacy to write this review).

  From start to finish service was excellent starting from a quick appointment schedule from Lex her quick response and communication was wonderful and she made sure we were taken care of and knew what to expect. Next was Jared, he was very informative and patient with us as we made a decision to get the ac replaced. Roger and Xavier did an excellent job with installation. Everything was professional and time efficient and we couldn’t be happier with our nice cool ac now!

  We had a great experience purchasing a new AC system from Legacy! Jared came out and carefully assessed our home, our ductwork, and our in-house temperature preferences. Jared was incredibly responsive to our questions - even after hours and on the weekend. Their team installed the unit in a single day. We had one minor install complaint which they quickly fixed. Our home has never felt cooler - even with triple digit August temperatures. Thanks Legacy!

  Legacy Home Services was great! Our air conditioner went out, and we needed emergency service. They arrived quickly, and Holden deserves special recognition. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and, fortunately, had the needed part right there in his truck. From the time we placed the call, we were back up and running within an hour! Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend Legacy Home Services and Holden!

  I'm honestly not sure Google gives me enough space to say everything I want to about Legacy Home Services. 😄 I've worked with a lot of home service companies over the years, and I can genuinely say this has been the best experience I've ever had. Our A/C decided to quit... because apparently it enjoys dramatic timing in the Texas summer! I called Legacy around 4:35 in the afternoon expecting to schedule an appointment for another day. Instead, the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, understood the urgency of our situation, and had a technician at our home within just a couple of hours. That alone was impressive. Jack was the technician who came out after hours, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer every question we had, never made us feel rushed, and even had a great sense of humor, which was appreciated while we were sitting in a hot house! The next day I spoke with Travis, who patiently walked me through all of our options. I had plenty of questions... probably more than the average customer! 😂 He answered every one of them without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to make the best decision for our family, not just make a sale. Then came Keith and Justin, who handled the installation. They were professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Justin even took the time to walk me through the new thermostat, explain everything they had done, and make sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. That level of customer care is becoming harder and harder to find. A huge thank you also goes to Jen, who kept everything moving behind the scenes. She made sure all the paperwork, warranty registration, and communication stayed organized, and it was obvious she truly cared that everything was handled correctly. One of my favorite things about Legacy was their communication. From the moment your appointment is scheduled, you're kept informed every step of the way. You receive reminders, a photo of the technician who's coming to your home, which I really appreciate these days, and even a link that lets you track exactly where they are and when they'll arrive. No wondering if "we'll be there this afternoon" actually means six hours from now! I also love that they're a local company. Every single person I talked to made it clear that if I ever had questions, even long after the installation, I could simply call and they'd be happy to help. That kind of customer support gives you so much confidence that you're working with people who truly stand behind their work. It's obvious these guys have built a company that genuinely cares about people. Every employee I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and took pride in doing things the right way. That culture doesn't happen by accident. If you're looking for an HVAC company that treats you like a neighbor instead of just another appointment on the schedule, I honestly can't recommend Legacy Home Services enough. Thank you, Jack, Travis, Keith, Justin, Jen, and everyone else behind the scenes. You've set the standard for what great customer service should look like, and thank you for taking such great care of our family. ❤️
