  Jack is extremely knowledgeable about the entire A/C system I purchased. Respectful of my home, and made sure I understood the thermostat and its function. Definitely would call back Legacy and would request Jack as my technician.

  Called Legacy in the morning and a technician was scheduled for the very same afternoon. Got a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. What I appreciated the most is that Jack was honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jack explained the problem to both of us and didn't take him very long to find the issue. Highly recommend and we signed up for the bi-yearly maintenance service program.

  Today I had my annual appointment with Legacy Heating/AC. Octavio was informative, no pressure and explained, in detail, the health of my system. Their quote for recommendations was emailed to me along with my invoice after the work was completed. These guys are professionals and I feel confident that my systems will give me many more years of use. It’s like changing the oil in your car!

  We were very satisfied with the experience we had with the installation of our new air conditioner. Jared came to our home and did a thorough inspection and made a proposal with several options. We were able to select the option that worked best for us. Then Justin and Keith came for the installation. They were professional and very easy to work with. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were comfortable with our new system. Definitely recommend Legacy!
