  Fantastic experience! My AC went out last night which terrified me because I know AC repairs can be costly. My neighbor recommended Legacy so I called them and they came out the same day. Abel was the best repairman I have ever had. He has the heart of a teacher and explained everything he was doing and why (in easy to understand terms). I learned all kinds of stuff today! He is very trustworthy and personable. Abel diagnosed the problem in like 2 minutes and he even had the part he needed in his truck so he repaired my AC quickly and the cost was reasonable. I am sold on Legacy and I will continue to use them!

  Very pleased with how quickly Legacy responded and how informative Jared was. Justin and Keith were on scene within 48 hours and within eight hours had removed our existing heat pump and installed a new system. These guys were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would gladly recommend them and the company they represent to anyone.

  I have trusted a specific company for years to service my AC, but during their last visit, they completely lied to me. They claimed I needed to replace both of my home units due to an outdoor leak and rusted coils that they refused to clean. They quoted me between $8,300 and $9,200, which is completely out of my budget. I called Legacy Home Services for a second opinion, and Abel came out to help. He showed me the actual coils, and they were not even the same ones the first company showed me! Abel also confirmed there was absolutely no leak on the exterior. Because of Abel's great and honest work, I will now be switching my business to Legacy Home Services. He will be the only one I call when the time actually comes to replace an AC in our home. Thank you!

  The team at Legacy is among the best. They gave me an estimate to replace my HVAC after hours on Friday, took the time to explain the components of the system, and pricing options. I ended up signing the contract on Saturday morning and they showed up Tuesday morning to get started. Jacob and his team were very professional, efficient, and answered most of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. The full system replacement took 4.5-5 hours. They left the workspace clean, left zero trash, and made the process painless from start to finish. This was my first experience with Legacy, but they will be my go-to for future repairs and maintenance.

  Legacy installed our HVAC system about two years ago. I received a notification from our system about a critical alert and they made sure to schedule as quickly as possible and even offered to try to come sooner if our system stopped working. Garrett was our service technician and he did a great job and was very helpful and informative.
