  Needed an outlet installed in my garage celing. Called around for estimates but after meeting Stephen McCabe I canceled all other estimates. Stephen took his time explaining everything needed for the job, the pricing was excellent especially for the work being done needed to be under code. And I found a coupon on the company website!! Gotta love a coupon lol. Stephen was punctual, did a great job and left the job site clean and tidy. I couldn't be more pleased and I will definitely use Legacy going forward and will recommend over and over. Thank you Stephen and thank you Legacy!!

  We have used Legacy for several years for routine maintenance and have had a great experience with each scheduler and technician. We recently worked with Jared to have two new central air conditioning systems installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The installation team did a wonderful job. Overall excellent communications and great customer service!

  WOW. This is our first experience with Legacy Home Services and we are so impressed with them. We needed to replace our 11 yr old Lennox Heatpump because it kept leaking. After some research we chose Trane as the brand we wanted for the replacement unit. Legacys salesman, Jared, gave us a proposal with 5 options at various SEER ratings. Jared was great at discussing pros/cons of options and gave us an assessment of what all needed to be repaired. We chose the premium plus option which was midway on the overall costs. Scheduling was quick and easy. We decided on Tuesday and installation was scheduled for Thursday morning at 0800hrs. Legacy showed up as scheduled (Jacob, Keith, Justin, and Nate). The team was very professional and laid carpet covers down before working. They removed all the old Lennox equipment (inside/outside) and installed a new Trane 3ton multistage heatpump system. They took before and after pictures. Hopefully, they will post them online. I could not believe all the great improvements Legacys team made in the attic. They built a new stand for the Trane heatpump, replaced the plenums on both ends of the air handler, replaced all the pvc connections. i cant adequately describe all the improvements they made to update our system. House is 29 yrs old. They worked straight thru without any long breaks, kept us updated frequently, and cleaned up really well before leaving. In my opinion, Legacy Home Services sets the standard for HVAC work and customer service. I would definitely give them the highest recommenation.
